The cottage is attached to the original farmhouse, built in 1890, located across the street from the iconic Split Rock. It has been recently renovated with new flooring, new beds (1 queen, 1 full), cable TV and WiFi, washer and dryer, new electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen and dining essentials.

My house is tucked in the woods. I'm the last house on my road that is a dead end. With very few neighbors it is a very private location in the heart of the Adirondack mountains. I'm only 20 min from lake placid and Keene and 10 min from whiteface mountain. I'm 10 min lake Everest and and the Ausable. 20 min from mirror lake. Right out the back door there is hiking , skiing, snow shoes trails. There are 2 peaks that can be reached out my front door, Clarke mtn and Hamlin mtn.

It is within walking distance from all of the shops in town. Although the driveway is plowed, it is steep, so in the winter you will need four wheel drive. The cabin is off Rt 73, but it is tucked away and very private! You don’t see any neighbors!
