If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing secluded stay, this is for you. Beautiful lake view with your morning coffee. Cozy comfortable furniture and a smart TV off the kitchen. Renee & her husband was very helpful and friendly. Our fur baby loved to explore and bite at the mosquitoes. lol My husband and son had a great time fishing. Husband caught 4 fish! Son loved canoeing. * which is already provided. I suggest if you are sensitive to mosquitoes like I am, bring your favorite Citronella candles. Also, it is a Berm house which is cooler than regular houses, however I'm use to running an A/C @ 63° & fans at home. Berm houses don't have a/c so bring your favorite fan to sleep cooler. I never leave home w/o my Vornado fan. Thank you Renee for opening your home to me & my family. It was excellent in so many ways. If you ever come to California, I would love for you to stay @ our home. May we provide a memorable experience as you have for us.

We had a great time celebrating a milestones with friends in this house. Billie was kind enough to provide us with fresh basket of eggs, warm welcome, and local recommendations. We spent a lot of time mesmerizing the view, walking up and down the shore, bird watching (lots of eagles around!), and also appreciating all of the details in the house, including the antique collections and personal decorations. The house is just across from the lake (there's also a boat launch access). Not only the place full of friendly farm animals, but it's also quiet and serene at the same time. Our friend group had a wonderful time and we would love to come back in the future :)

Jolene's cabin is an amazing place. The lake is so close views are amazing. Jolene is very kind and responsive to your needs. I recommend highly staying here. look forward to staying again.

This home was Amazing! Absolutely beautiful, a lot of space and extremely comfortable. The views were breathtaking, this beautiful home made our vacation so special and memorable. We were able to rent a 24 foot pontoon and tie it to the large dock. We had a lot of space on the deck to barbecue but also eat dinner and enjoy the sunset. I would most definitely recommend this house. 2 large bedrooms that were very comfortable and spacious. The bunk house was ideal for my 4 boys. Perfect space for kids. We had bald eagles in our area that we were able to watch. The kitchen had all the amenities and everything you need to cook and prepare your meals. I can’t wait to come back. You won’t be disappointed.

This is the second time we have stayed at this house and we look forward to the next time we can stay. We love the location because it’s still close enough to drive to Sandpoint, but far enough away to enjoy the the peace and quiet! The neighbors on both sides of the house are wonderful. The house has absolutely everything needed for spending days on the lake both the house and the boat house are well equipped. They have literally thought of everything to relax and spend time on the lake! We have kids ranging in ages from 16-7 and they enjoyed every minute of our stay from paddle boating to fishing off the dock and everything in between! We highly recommend for families!

I can't say enough about our unforgettable stay at this private riverfront property. From the moment we arrived, we were absolutely blown away by the experience. The location is nothing short of magical. Nestled alongside the tranquil river, this property offers a sense of seclusion and serenity that's hard to find anywhere else. The views are breathtaking, with the river meandering gracefully through the landscape, and the surrounding nature adding to the overall charm. It's the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable. Every corner of the house and the surrounding area was spotless. You could tell that the hosts take great pride in maintaining this gem of a place. We felt instantly comfortable and at ease.

We stayed as a family of 8, and all of us loved the place! The house is spacious and so comfortable. Since Travis and Kim live across the street, it was nice to shake hands and talk for a bit. The house’s location for our primary objective - Silverwood - contributed to our fondness for the beautiful setting. Thank you!

We had an excellent time in Sandpoint! The town is very cute, and within walking distance from the condo. The listing was exactly as described- it was very clean, and plenty of room for 4 adults! We would love to come back sometime!

James has the best rentals! His attention to detail is unmatched. The photos of this property don’t do it justice. The sofa was high quality, firm, and great for plenty of people. The towels are Frete, made in Turkey and absolutely luxurious. What I loved about this unit was that they didn’t skimp on the little things. There was high quality paper towels and toilet paper and plenty of it!! The views of this property were stunning. Everything worked great in the unit. We preferred it over the corner unit we stayed in prior in the same building.

This was a great place to stay with beautiful views and easy walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants.

the complex has two pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a horseshoe pit. lots of things to do. the unit has everything you need plus a view of the lake. the ac units kept the bedrooms comfortable but the loft got pretty toasty on 85+degree days. we were still able to get our kids to sleep by keeping the windows and sliding glass door open with all the fans on and by 9pm they were able to fall asleep. we made up for the later bed time by giving them longer naps during the day. for adults going to bed later it wouldn't have mattered. I enjoyed our stay very much!

This place was absolutely great. The host is friendly and also it's a really good deal. The only downside was when you fill the inside garbage can you are requested to leave the bag inside the house until your stay is over. I understand that it is to stop animals from getting to it but if there was an outside trash reciprocal this place would be perfect.

The house was amazing! Clean and comfortable, felt right at home. The view is amazing and the deck offers the perfect place to visit with friends and relax while watching the river. Would definitely visit again!

Phillip was great and meet us upon arrival to give us a rundown on the camper. The camper was very clean and beautiful location. It was stocked with all the essentials. The only suggestion I can think of would be maybe a pillow top for the mattress. Great stay we will be back!

Pretty easy to find. Very easy to get in. Jack was kind enough to send me a nighttime photo of the driveway so I would see how it looked after dark. Everything worked out very easily

This home is truly amazing. Everything you could imagine to make your stay perfect, they thought of and provided. The views are spectacular and the space is incredibly peaceful. Just a quick drive into downtown to enjoy the local shopping, coffee shops, and waterfront parks. Jake and Syd recommended great restaurants, and activities that helped make our time even more memorable. We highly recommend this lake house for your family, friends and extended family’s vacations.
