Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Lake Nipissing

What a great place to stay for a few days. Excellent location. Very quiet street. Close to the lake & walking trails. Fenced in yard for our pup which was a bonus. Tons of parking. Extremely clean & well kept. Front deck was gorgeous in the sun. Will definitely return for another stay.

Elena was a great host and proactively reached out about a jacket my brother had left at the AirBnB. She coordinated pick up and we were happy to book with her again on our way back from Killarney.

Joan's place was a great place for us to unwind after the hectic day of our daughter's Nipissing Graduation. We stayed 2 nights in early June, the view of the lake was incredible and sitting on the patio listening to the waves lapping at the shore was just what the doctor ordered. The only problem we had was the fridge wasn't working, Joan had a bar fridge in before we even got there and it was lots big enough for us. Joan was super apologetic and even offered room in her fridge upstairs if we needed it. A trip out to The Trading post is always recommended if you like ice cream, cones are massive! We would definitely stay here again, Joan was fantastic to deal with!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful cottage! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - the kitchen was well-stocked, the bed was super comfy, and the fans kept things cool even without AC. Our dog loved the property and swimming too! The location was peaceful and quiet, but still close enough to some beautiful provincial parks for day trips. There’s lots to do at the house - kayaking, canoeing, barbecuing, and enjoying the sunrise/sunset on the deck plus great internet. We'd definitely come back - it was exactly the kind of relaxing escape we needed!

The church studio is super cute, comfy and great for some time in the nature. Aly is a very good host and described the place exactly as it was. Great spot for a weekend getaway with a small group.

Brooke’s place was perfect for our wedding weekend! She was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had! Her place is big and private from neighbours! We would recommend Brooke’s place to anyone looking for a peaceful place to spend their holidays

We stayed at Jennifer’s place for mine and my now husband’s wedding weekend. It was a lovely stay, comfortable bed and beautiful view of the lake from the multiple decks. We are from Sudbury but now live down south so we didn’t look through Jennifer’s full list of recommendations since we were both born and raised in Sudbury 😅 but she did have a very detailed binder for out of town guests! Overall I would absolutely recommend and would definitely stay again!

This was our third time staying here and as always the accommodations were clean and the pool and hot tub were a hit! Great location, walking distance to downtown restaurants and activities.

4 of us stayed here for a week and it was more than we could’ve ever wanted! The apartment was beautiful and spacious with an amazing view of the lake. The outdoor seating areas were perfect for enjoying the weather and lake. Everything you could need for cooking was there and made making meals super easy. Overall we had a wonderful and would love to visit again!

Beyond grateful for Lesley & Ian. Absolutely loved this piece of Paradise. You were both so very friendly & helpful. The place was Peaceful & had such a beautiful view from any room. We truly look forward to staying here again in the near future. Thank you once again for everything

The basement apartment is a short walk from downtown and the lakefront. Entrance off-main street offers some privacy. We enjoyed a quiet and restful stay.

If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind II highly recommend this place. It is very welcoming comfortable and spotless. Jason and Paulette made us feel right at home. The property is immaculate surrounded by nature. Will definitely be back!!

Absolutely amazing stay! The place was right by the water and the views were stunning. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend — I’d love to come back!

I wish we could give 10 stars! Everything from the booking, to the information received beforehand, to communication while we were there, was fantastic. The amenities helped us wind down after a family wedding and celebrate our daughter's birthday! Jesse was very flexible for meeting our family's need and hopes while we were in Huntsville. We had a great time and hopefully will be back soon! PS playing pacman and making espressos were definitely highlights!!!

We recently stayed at Phil’s place and although short, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Kitchen is very well equipt, beds are comfortable, it was clean, quiet and the views looking over the water were amazing. Be mindful that there are two sets of full stairs to get from the bedrooms to the kitchen but would we go there again, absolutely.

The perfect little get away. The condo was super clean and updated, as well as homey/welcoming. Pino provided everything you could need. The view was beautiful. It was just what we needed for the best weekend.

Very responsive. Perfect location! Within walking distance to restaurants. Beautiful walking trails right across the road. Place was very clean and had everything we needed. We ran out of toilet paper and within 15 minutes was delivered to us. Would highly recommend!

The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean with lots of extras. The beds were large and comfortable. We enjoyed an afternoon on the terrace in peaceful surroundings. I must admit this was the best of all stays I've experienced and I will definitely return. The host was responsive and assisted when requested. highly recommended..
