Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Lake Nicaragua

Mariella has all the quality of a great host. My group and I had some unexpected inconveniences due to Covid-19 and Mariella was extremely kind, helpful and accommodating to our needs and situation. She was helpful and easy to reach and talk to. As you can see in the pictures the apartment is beautiful and San Juan del sur is a favorite destination for many visiting Nicaragua!

Cristina and Jorge were absolutely amazing hosts! Their communication was prompt, clear, and so kind, making the entire process seamless. The property itself was stunning—beautifully designed and newly built, offering all the comfort and charm we could hope for. Everything was spotless, and you could tell a lot of care went into every detail. Highly recommend staying here—you won’t be disappointed! I will definitely come back soon.

We spent an amazing time at Audrey's and Maxime's place. The location is perfect as we were kite surfing. They were very welcoming and helped us with any questions we may have. The space is clean, with all what we needed. You have a restaurant in front of that serves super qualitative food. I even say that the reality is nicer than the pictures!

Claudia's La Talanguera apartment is perfect for short and long stays, specially for small groups. It has everything you need to make it your temporary home. Also, it's location is great. SJDS town and surrounding beaches are right there. She also is very friendly and responsive, and so are the people who work with her :)

The apartment was beautiful and had absolutely stunning views. Everything was spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils we needed, which made the whole experience super comfortable and convenient. The space felt cozy and welcoming—just like being at home. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic place to stay in San Juan del Sur. Would love to come back!

Mar was a wonderful host, always responsive. The apartment was comfortable and its proximity to the beach made the vacation peaceful and serene. Will be coming back here when we return to San Juan.

A spectacular house, I recommend it 100%. Don Eliecer is always attentive when you contact him! The place is super safe and easily accessible! The house itself is well-equipped and has a good technological system. I loved it! I'd come back a thousand times.

We were lucky to book this place in San Juan. A real gem a short walk from town with great access to everything. The house is incredible with everything that you need to have a great time - jacuzzi, BBQ, amazing kitchen all surrounded by incredible views. if you book with Tanguy, you will not be disappointed! We’ve stayed at many houses in Hacienda Iguana and this house was by far our favorite. It’s got an amazing layout and gorgeous furniture + comfortable beds. But I’ll always remember the spectacular wrap around screened in porches on both levels. We stayed with our 4 month old and it was so beautiful to give him his midnight bottle in an Adirondack rocking chair on the screened in patio off the main bedroom…precious ‘new mom moments’ under the moon, stars, with the sound of the ocean (you can hear the waves at Panga Drops surf break). The property is located directly across the dirt road from the most secluded part of the beach. We had gorgeous evening walks at low tide sunset and came home to cook dinners in the well appointed kitchen. We had coffee by the crystal clear pool in the mornings and really enjoyed being walkable to Rancho Santanas Taqueria + the cute restaurants in Iguana. Bonus: we decided to elope! Hacienda Iguana is a great destination for surf vacationers. World-class waves are within walking distance. Air conditioners that could make ice cubes. A great reprieve from the tropical jungle heat. Local shops and restaurants with friendly staff. Anything you need you can rent or buy. Private and quiet. Monkeys in the trees. Iguanas crossing the roads. Thunderstorms create an amazing light show at night. 18-hole golf course on location if the waves die down. Victor and his helpers are great communicators and can offer suggestions for first-time visitors. As with most developing nations, there can be unexpected power outages. Fortunately, the place has backup power that can last for hours.

We loved the service, friendly staff and everything is very clean, the house is equipped with everything and is super comfortable.

The accommodations, the beach, the view, the surf—everything is fantastic. If I brag about it too much, I might not be able to get back in because I’ll definitely be booking again soon!

I loved my stay the place is great. The balcony gives a beautiful view of the ocean and the sunset is breathtaking. The spot is perfect for surfing and enjoying the beach and pool to the fullest. To get to the village it is best to rent a small bicycle, motorbike or golf kart! For sure, I'll be back next year!

This apartment was absolutely amazing, it's looks even better in real life than on photos. Flat is big and cozy, beds are comfortable, water pressure in shower was also great. Wifi worked well. Living room and master bedroom are facing the road, which is loud if you have open windows. With windows closed no problems at all, didn't disturb our sleep. Pool outside is small (more like for cooling than for actual swimming). The condo area is clean and well maintained, also parking available. The only problem we had were the ants - they were consistently appearing in the living room, despite using Raid and cleaning up the dishes once used. I know it's pretty common in warm countries, so wasn't a big deal. But I hope host will find a solution for that (note: the apartment was very clean, so it's not about dirt). Benjamin is very friendly and helpful host. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved this location. Everyone was welcoming and accommodating. They cleaned the condo every couple days and made sure we had fresh towels on our 2 week stay. This spot is a little more expensive than most others, but the location is hard to beat. Walking distance to club house, playa colorado and restaurants

Very clean and easily accessible

My friends and I loved staying here. The apartment is located in a central place in San Juan. We loved the private balcony that oversees the bay. I would say that it also looks better in person than in the photos. The staff at the apartment were very friendly as well
