Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Lake Nicaragua

VERY PEACFUL !!! We travel a lot and this place was just AWESOME!!!! Comfortable california king bed, all modern furnitures, great pool, bbq etc. WE DEF recommend :) Thank you for such a great stay

Our family enjoyed our stay! Till was very responsive. The beach is walking distance about 10-15 minute walk or you can drive down. The view from the property to the ocean is beautiful and spectacular. Our family enjoyed eating outside. The road to the house is under construction so be prepared to go through rocky/ gravel roads as it will take some time. Also, make sure to stop for groceries before going to the house as there is not much around and they close at 5pm. During our stay we had visitors at night 2 toads, 2 scorpions outside by the door and cute dogs/puppies that would come by each night. Each room has an AC unit which is a plus because it can get very hot. It’s a very private home and overall we felt safe our time there. Thank you Till for hosting us.

Perfect beachfront cozy home you have everything you need there Just bring groceries from la colonia in Rivas we truly enjoyed it our kids did not want to leave!!! We will be back !!

Amazing place! I wish we could have stayed longer. I found this place as our plans for the last few days in Nicaragua fell through and I am so happy to have stayed in this little piece of paradise. We look forward to coming back and possibly for way longer than few days. First of all the communication with Zivile was super easy from the very beginning. We got very detailed directions and were greeted with great warmth. She gave us a list of things to do, places to eat at and all the delivery service numbers which was super convenient. The house itself is great. I would say looks better than in the pictures. It is spacious, has all that you may need, very comfortable bed, lots of dishes and cooking things in the kitchen, books to read while on vacation. It’s nice and private even though it is on the same property as 3 other small homes. Gardens are beautiful! Flowers, butterflies and hummingbirds everywhere. It is perfect for work remote stay as it has good internet and is very tranqui

An amazing experience in Playa Maderas! The place is very nice, surrounded by nature and with a spectacular view. The cabin was spotless, very nice and comfortable, perfect for resting. The pool is excellent and very enjoyable, especially at sunset. The host was very friendly and always attentive to everything we needed. The service in general was first-rate. Definitely a place I'd love to go back to.

Staying at Villa Fiorella with Armando and his lovely family was a great experience! The price is very affordable and priced very fairly for a brand new apartment with excellent amenities. Armando and his family was incredibly kind and welcoming. One day when we first arrived, Armando told us his goal and desire is to treat his guests like family. At first, I was skeptical, because I too own apartments and prefer a hands-off approach, but I was proven wrong. He absolutely treats his guests like family. Unfortunately, I experienced problems with a car rental agency in town, and after losing money Armando offered for my family to use his car, because he wanted to help us and felt bad for us. This was an incredible act of kindness. We were blown away by how sweet this gesture was. Our daughter also LOVED Armando's daughter, Fiorella. She was so sweet and played with our daughter. Armando's children are so sweet and welcoming! You are nestled in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with a view of the mountains and fields. We loved how quiet and peaceful this place was, and watching the sunsets. Armando was very quick to attend to our requests, such as fix a small tear in the window screen, assist with organizing housekeeping, servicing the A/C unit, improving wifi, and anything else we requested. The quality of the apartment is very high, with very nice finishes and materials! We truly felt treated like family. There is also a beautiful garden in the back and the neighbors are family, so we felt very safe at this place. This place is about a 5-10 minute drive from town. Taxis are very affordable and will pick you up from this place ($4.29 dollars to town, $1.5 if you catch a taxi from the main road), take you to beaches and wait for you there, and bring you back home ($30 dollars round trip to maderas or hermosa). (Call Lester +505 7787 2868) The internet was a bit slow, but Armando is working every day to improve it. I work in telecommunications, using wifi calling all day, but for anyone streaming or using wifi for casual purposes you won't have problems. Overall a super great experience! Thank you Armando for showing us so much love and care. We would come back any day to revisit.

Excellent oceanfront accommodation, with easy access and excellent facilities.

Paul was a great host, Sarah was very friendly but we mostly communicated with Paul. they also have a very helpful and friendly cuidador who can take you on a horse ride through the property, which is beautiful and very big.

The rooms are really cozy with plenty of seating. I slept really well. There is only one small thing that bothers the rooms have no windows and you can only ventilate them through the door and unfortunately this does not work well after 3 hours my room was still warmer as outside, but then I came up with the idea because to put the fan in the door so it got cooler quickly. If the cable of the fan was 50 cm longer, you wouldn't have to put it in the door that would be better.

Loved our stay. It was just like the pictures, very private and quiet. The staff was lovely and the host was flexible and communicated well. We found it to be good value for money and particularly enjoyed the pool! The restaurant is nice, the menu choices are limited but it was nice to have this restaurant just for us. It's worth having a mode of transportation, Mauro can refer you to someone, as things to do nearby are more limited. We also enjoyed visiting the museum. We look forward to it!!

The accommodation was even better than on the photos. It’s a very quiet and private place right next to the lake. Adyana is such a lovely and kind person, she was very helpful in terms of organising tours, drivers and everything around the island. We really enjoyed our stay, highly recommended!

Exceeded my expectations! The room is practically right on the water. The views, the sounds, the people - all fantastic.

Lovely place! Ended up extending twice for a total of 2 weeks after originally booking for 3 days! Beach is a 2 minute walk away and can see it from the deck. Local food and vegetable trucks drive past daily as the shop is around 10-15 minute walk away! Did feel very much at home here, had all the essentials you need. The location on Airbnb needs an update as the property is under the name ‘Casa Blanca’ on maps, near the La Perla restaurant.

I think this place is a great choice for visiting Granada and many other points of interest nearby. Buses pass right in front of the property, usually you don't wait more than 5 mins. In 20 minutes you are in the center of Granada (from which it is easy to get in with the same buses). In 10 minutes you are at the intersection that gives access to the Mombacho volcano. In 20 minutes you go to Dira, where there is a magnificent view of the Apoyo laguna as well as a path to the lake. As for the accommodation itself, it is a huge rather green property, with many fun things and animals of all kinds - including a friendly and chatty parrot. The room is comfortable, especially with its porch and large hammocks. Breakfast is very good, and served whenever you want. The hosts, Mary-Luz and Jurgen, do not hesitate to give you information, in Spanish or English, and to be of service.

Great location, close to a river great for swimming for our 3 year old. Also a beach club with a pool that offers a day pass just 3 mins walking. The photos are a true reflection of the apartment and it has everything you need.
