We had such a great time staying at this villa! It was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The view was incredible. But honestly, what made the experience even better was our host, Fatih. He was so friendly and welcoming from the start, and always made sure we were comfortable. Anytime we had a question or needed help, he was just a message away and happy to assist. You can really tell he cares about his guests. Would absolutely recommend staying here—huge thanks to Fatih for being such a great host!

Thank you very much to Mr. Ensar, it was a very nice holiday. It was very clean and tidy. Mr. Ensar tried to do his best. We felt like we were at home. If we want to have a 2-3 day getaway again, we would definitely consider coming, I would highly recommend it to those who will come.

We loved our stay here. It was clean, private, quiet, and most importantly: the beautiful green scenery. The host was responsive and friendly. Getting to the house wasn’t as difficult as some other comments suggested. Our only regret was that we didn’t book more than one night :)

It was spotless, you feel like you ate in your own house, everything has been thought out to the last detail, the glass, the bowl, the sugar, the coffee, everything is completely there, there is nothing you need to buy and everything is spotless, when there is a problem, they immediately respond and help, there is a very large market within a 10-minute walk, the lake is close enough to go by taxi, everything was very beautiful

The place is like the pictures, even better in real life :) a beautiful view of the quiet lake. We only stayed for one night but we will definitely come back. Many thanks to Fatih's parents who hosted us very well.

No wonder Mr. Sefa has such a high rate. He was absolutely helpful and kind. The apartment was just like the photos, the kitchen has everything you need. There is a big parking garage underground which was so important for me. The building is safe and secured as we were with our child we felt safe. I would absolutely recommend this apartment If you are looking for a place in the Asian side of Istanbul

Although I was nervous at first, I would like to thank both good people who contacted me, who were much better than many places you would go and answered all the questions without you asking, and even made a nice list for you to visit.

Easy to reach by car from Istanbul. The house is not right on the road, but it is not on an empty lot either. Thus, both privacy increases and the environment is not so empty that it makes you feel insecure. The walls of the house are high enough to prevent it from being seen from the outside. The pool can be easily accessed by those who are sensitive about this. The decoration is beautiful enough to stand out from the other options. This changes your mood. The interior of the house is clean. All kinds of needs have been considered. After you bring your food, you can feel completely at home. The width of the garden also adds spaciousness. It's exactly the same house as in the pictures. Also, the host Ms. Sena is very polite and you can always reach her

Mr. Yaşar is a great host, very understanding and caring. I felt right at home. The house is spacious and cozy and very convenient. I felt very comfortable. Easy to get to anywhere. We stayed in Volkan’s place for 4 nights. Very nice apartment, specious, comfortable, clean and it had everything we needed. The neighbourhood (Erenköy) is lovely. The street the apartment is on is very walkable and has a lot of nice high quality cafes and it’s also very close to trendy Baghdat st. Volkan was quick to respond to any questions we had and he communicated in a perfect manner. Highly recommend!

She is incredibly caring, attentive, and always just a message away. She consistently checked in to ensure everything was perfect and offered fantastic recommendations for shopping, tours, groceries, and local spots, making our time in Istanbul even more memorable. This was by far one of the best hosting experiences we’ve had. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Istanbul. you’ll be in great hands with Elvan!

The view is very beautiful, the house is as in the photos, only the jacuzzi was not working, that made us bored.
