You will share this custom duplex with other BnB guests but the top duplex is exclusively yours with private entrance, 20ft vaulted ceilings, large rock gas log fireplace, remodeled kitchen, new appliances, 1 & 1/2 baths, wrap around porch, and large sunroom overlooking the river and mountains. In the huge backyard are two private fire-pits: one on sandy area on the river bank and the other to the right of the house looking up river. The 1920s structure has restored original finishes : a claw foot tub, vintage bathroom sink, and farm house sink in the kitchen. Downstairs features original wood bead board ceilings. Upstairs the ceiling was removed to expose the roof and beams. Two fireplaces keep it cozy - you'll have a lovely place relax and listen to the rain on the metal roof.
