Plenty of space in a private location. Everything was very clean and organized. The furnishings were extremely comfortable as well.

It was truly a great place to stay! Convenient, comfortable, and very well-kept. The host was kind and helpful, and my family had a wonderful time. We’d love to stay again!

The property itself is absolutely five-star—beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. Every inch of the space was perfect for our family and made for a truly comfortable and enjoyable trip. While the surrounding neighborhood was a bit unfamiliar and not quite what we expected for a family getaway, the home itself more than made up for it. Once inside, we felt right at home and completely at ease. Highly recommend this property for its cleanliness, amenities, and spacious layout—just be mindful of the area if you're unfamiliar with San Bernardino. Thank you

Jana was extremely helpful and welcomed my family with open arms. All of our communication was done through texting in the app, response times never longer than 15 minutes. She even let us borrow a few chairs when we ran out of chairs during our thanksgiving dinner. House was huge and spacious. Plenty of room for large families staying together. So glad we booked this place for a relaxing weekend celebrating our friend's 60th birthday. The location was just a few minutes to the Yaamava Casino with many nearby markets for quick grocery run. I really appreciated the place being already cooled with the AC running right when we got there and the heated pool was a huge delight! The place was stocked with nice clean towels and little gifts around the house. The hosts were super nice and always making sure we had all our needs met. I would definitely book again if I am in the area.

We had a great stay! The location was awesome—peaceful with beautiful views, perfect for unwinding. The hot tub was super clean and ready to go, which was a big plus. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals (even the little things you usually forget to pack), and the AC worked like a charm during the hot days—kept the whole house nice and cool. We also appreciated all the thoughtful touches, like phone chargers by every bed and even in the bathrooms! The place had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. Would definitely stay again!

We had such a great stay here! The house was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The kids’ playroom in the garage was amazing—tons of stuff to keep them busy and felt really safe. The pool table in the living room was a hit with everyone, and having a high chair and kids’ dishes made things so much easier for us. We loved hanging out by the firepit at night and relaxing in the hammocks. Just an all-around great spot, especially for families!

Overall, we had a really nice stay. The amenities were like new and the living room was really comfortable for game nights and watching movies, which my family did a lot of. Also the beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space. The only things I would note is that the driveway is quite narrow so if you have a wider vehicle like a van or truck, it can be difficult to go up without someone getting out of the car to guide you. Also, the bedrooms are on separate floors from the kitchen/living room/thermostat so be mindful of stairs and the lake view is only really from the top floor bedrooms, and it is a small portion of the lake. Other than that, this home is perfect for a family stay and we would recommend it to our friends.

My friends and I came down for a rave festival and Shannon was super welcoming and communicative! The home itself was beautiful, clean and spacious. I definitely recommend

Carlos’ place might be one of my favorite Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. It was so cozy!! The decor was so lovely and the linens were plush and higher quality than you often find at rental cabins. The kids loved the fancy toilet and heated seat haha. This cabin has clearly been recently remodeled and simply beautiful. It feels tucked away on the mountain side yet is only 4minutes to the middle of town. Carlos was friendly and easy to work with and even let us check in 30 minutes early. We will definitely stay here again.

Maria is definitely a super-host. The communication was very friendly and proactive. The place was immaculate and sparkly clean. My wife and I were pleased that we booked this venue and are willing to book again. Thank you very much Maria for your efforts.

This house is amazing. Has everything you need. Every time we were looking for something, it was right where it should be. Some properties you only want to sleep there. This is the opposite, it’s hard to leave!!

Excellent communication and much cleaner and comfortable than other Airbnb places I've been to. My 3 year old and 1 year old had a blast in the playroom. This place had baby gates, a high chair, little table for my toddler, and so much more. The city cut off power for a couple of hours (not the host's fault obviously) but they allowed us to check out a bit late due to the inconvenience. We appreciated the extra time. One minor catch was that the floor was too slippery for my kids. Since we didn't wear shoes indoors, the floors were sparkling clean so it caused kids to slip many times. If you are like us and not wear shoes indoors, consider bringing indoor slippers for kiddos to avoid slipping. 😀

Stayed here for my wedding at lake Gregory, beyond impressed. The entire place was spotless and just as described. There was something for everyone and the layout fit my family comfortably. The host was communicative and fair, making the entire stay painless and an absolute pleasure to stay at. Plus the location is amazing. Could not recommend enough.

Had a great stay at Ashley's A frame. The space was beautifully curated with thoughtful touches. It was stocked with everything needed to cook and settle in, which made it easy to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Ashley was quick to respond to any questions. Instructions to get there and details on how to use the amenities were clear. A nice little getaway. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Saphire’s Lake Arrowhead house was top notch! The place was beautifully designed and peaceful - it had all the amenities for a relaxing stay. It was in a central location, close to the main Lake Arrowhead Village, coffee shops and restaurants. Saphire was friendly, warm, and super communicative during our entire stay, which helped ease the whole process. The house is a design gem and offers many areas to chill and work. I can’t wait to return soon! It was truly a fantastic experience. Thank you very much!!
