Chalet vacation rentals in Lake Erie

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The property was excellent and the amenities were spot on. It is a very charming and comfortable home. The location is perfect, can walk across the street to the lodge and lifts. I will booking again next year.

We enjoyed our stay! Overall, the house comfortably fit our group of 8 and we loved the mud room area for our ski/snowboard equipment. The location is less than 10 mins to Holiday Valley Ski Resort & downtown Ellicottville which is a perk.

We loved this place. It worked out so well for my family. It snowed every day, so the skiing was great. The chalet has a level driveway and easy access to the village and slopes. (no steep slippery roads!) It was clean, warm, and cozy with comfortable beds. We hope to return next year.

Jacqueline and Ella’s wooden chalet is such a cozy and charming home to stay for a group looking to reconnect. The massive couches, toasty fireplaces, wood bar, long dining table, and bubbly hot tub are fantastic places to come together to share stories and memories. Bedrooms have space and storage for luggage, and the downstairs single bed is a Full size (upstairs has a kids twin). Main floor bathroom has a large shower and upper floor has a massive tub. Plenty of supplies, including towels, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash, kitchen supplies, cocktail/wine supplies, coffee, detergent, and tons of games. TVs are HD and big enough for the whole crew to watch the Bills game 🦬. We were able to fit 2 sedans and an SUV in the parking area (just don’t block the garage). Missing anything or need a bit of maintenance on older parts of the home? Jacqueline is the most responsive host I’ve had and will get it taken care of. Thanks for the stay!

The house was clean and so welcoming. We would definitely stay again. We had enough space for the eight of us. We had a wonderful time.

Really loved our time at Nia's place - close to town, BEAUTIFUL house and Nia was very responsive and accommodating!!! We just had a hard time with the sulfer water, however we knew what to expect based on NIa's description. The location is great and the views are amazing - definitely recommend staying here!!

Amazing place! Walkable to Yodeler Lodge and lifts. The space was set up beautifully and everyone had a wonderful time. We hope to be back soon!

We used the space for a bachelor party golf trip. It was perfect and exactly as described. Hosts were perfect. No complaints!

This AirBNB was better than advertised! Spacious, clean, and well-stocked. We will definitely be booking here again in the future!

We had a great time at Joe’s chalet with our family, 8 adults and 2 children. A beautiful chalet with everything you need. We did lots of cooking and found everything we needed in the kitchen. There was lots of snow so most of us were able to access the ski in and ski out. The hot tub and sauna were an added pleasure. The beds were very comfortable and lots of towels available.

We've been to Murls cottage a few times. It is perfect for the findley lake area, and we even brought our snowshoes for the trails behind the cottage. Vintage, old school cottage as pictured, and we love having the fireplace.

The property was beautiful and it was an enjoyable stay.

What an incredible location! Tucked away in the woods, made for a perfect Bachelor weekend. We were able to have a fire, play yard games, and when it started to rain we could stay out under the porch! Only issue we had was finding the driveway (it’s easy to miss). The positives of the stay definitely outweighed that negative though!

Located on a quiet street, but only minutes from the town and beach, the location was awesome. The value was so good for what we got. Very spacious inside & out. A highlight for us was the hottub. Will stay again during the warmer months!

This is the first place we’ve stayed where the feeling of comfort and relaxation was immediate. It was also PERFECT for families and young children. There was plenty of space to spread out inside and large enough property, which includes trees, creeks, lookouts, hammocks, for the kids to explore and enjoy. They also had life vests, canoes and kayaks so we spent our mornings enjoying the peacefulness of the lake. I recommend bringing groceries because you won’t want to leave.
