Sweet Retreat Historic Bungalow 1880's

This house is up to par with meeting the safe at home corona virus standards for cleaning. This great little turn of the century bungalow has it all. This home has recently been renovated to have all the upgraded amenities while still preserving that classic historical feel. One will have easy access to the home with a keypad code to come and go as they please. If you bring a dog there's a $25 pet fee per dog per day! Lake county license# 2025-03 if you plan on grilling, bring some charcoal.

New home on 13 acres with incredible 360 degree views of Mt Massive, Mt Albert and many others - you have to see the view to believe it. Located on a paved and cleared country road that takes you right into historic downtown Leadville which is only three miles away. Two bedrooms with queen beds, one and a half bath, two family rooms, a full laundry, with plenty of space to spread out. Our house is located within a mile Turquoise Lake, local golf and 10 minutes to Ski Cooper. Lic #2025-117

It is within walking distance of the Visitors Center, upper lake, SUP & Cycle rentals, Twin Lakes General Store and other local shops, dining, and attractions. This cozy cabin has its own private outdoor entrance with a patio that faces Twin Peaks and Independence Pass. The bright interior is set up like a studio, with a basic kitchen, dining table, queen bed and private bathroom. Wi-Fi included.
