Muy buena anfitriona, excelente ubicación todo muy bien

We spent a month living here with our two kids. Our favorite things were: Host and on-site caretaker were both very responsive and helpful! Location was wonderful! We loved the balcony and windows with a view of Santa Maria! We also really loved the back patio where our kids spent countless hours playing Legos and trucks! The hosts were so gracious to allow us to check in a bit early and then also allowed us to stay in the apartment an extra few hours while they started cleaning because we had a sick child! When my mom came to visit they helped us by delivering extra twin beds. There was hot water and the kitchen was very usable. (Our less favorite parts: a dog right outside that barked at night!) We would definitely recommend Sonia as a host!!!

Me encantó la ubicación tan cerca del parque central. Bastante privacidad y estaba bien equipada la cocina y me dejaron llevar a mis perros.

Una excelente opción, nos encantó el lugar por lo cómodo y lo bonito. Sin dudarlo será nuestra primera opción al regresar.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Great comfy bed, lots of packing space, one bedroom has much bigger TV than of the photo, so it was a nice surprise - Netflix, YouTube and all the rest available. Great WiFi, desk and a chair to work. The kitchen had enough equipment to prepare home meals. There was no coffee machine, but we left French press coffee maker as a present for future guests. For us, the location was great - walkable to shops, markets and the central plaza. Xelapan (amazing bakery), cheap laundromat and convenience store were all a short walk away. Sonia and her team were very nice, weekly cleaning was a bonus. If we come back to Xela, we will definitely stay at the apartment again.

Una opcion bastante centrica y economica ya que se encuentra a aprox 5 min del parque central caminando sin contar que el apartamento es muy agradable por fuera y por dentro. Tiene lo necesario para poder cocinar lo cual ayudaria a ahorrarse gastos innecesarios y comer mas sano (Esto si viajas frecuentemente por trabajo, si viajas por recreacion o turismo aconsejo que prueben la comida que xela tiene por ofrecer.) El apartamento esta completamente limpio al llegar. Cuenta con parqueo seguro.

Roberto was so kind and met us to check in. he assisted us personally with the AC as well. the area was very walkable to the lake and main market, but tucked back so it was quiet at night. the apartment looked very new and felt like home. definitely would recommend.

Edwin’s place - Catalina Apartments - fully met my expectations by way of location, amenities, security, physical environment and cleanliness. Edwin and his team were friendly, helpful and super responsive. Access to a roof-top gym and a laundry facility were greatly appreciated and fully utilized. Should I visit Xela again, I would definitely stay there.

Edwin is a great host and this place is a true rare find. I originally booked for a few days thinking I would check it out then likely try some other places. I stayed for 4 weeks. The building is only a couple years old, but blends right into an old, quiet, and convenient part of Xela. The building is fully modernized and everything’s works extremely well. Edwin is a very responsive and proactive host. I have been to Xela a number of times and this is a great place. I will stay again.

Excelente anfitrión muy amable muy atento

This was my 2nd time to stay in one of the apartments here at Hotel 7 Orejas. The building is super clean, in a great location and very cute in design. The staff are amazing - always so kind and helpful. The kitchen in the apt. had everything I needed to prepare my own meals for several weeks. The room also has a nice sized TV with many channels available. I highly recommend this charming hotel and will definitely come back!

Todo fue perfecto para una estancia de un mes. Silvia y el personal siempre fueron muy amables conmigo. La cocina tenia lo que necesitaba y hay bastante luz para trabajar durante el dia. Si que era ruidoso por la noche con los perros pero asi es la vida en la ciudad. Tambien te dan codigos para entrar, lo que es mas facil que usar llaves. Ten cuidado con el agua del grifo porque a veces esta cortada. Hubo un problema con el enchufe de la cocina pero Silvia me ayudo con calma y me explico todo muy claramente.

Un lugar tranquilo en el centro histórico de Xela, Yamileth muy agradable y atenta a cualquier duda.

I stayed in the studio for two months and absolutely loved it. I can definitely recommended Sonia and her listings. The saff was also friendly and responsive. The place is only a quick uber to central park and the area is quite at night. We'll worth it.
