Traditional year round Adirondack cottage located in Wells, NY the heart of the southern Adirondacks.The cottage has an open floor plan offering guests a family & living room both with wood stoves, an open kitchen/dining area, 1st floor bath & laundry. The 2nd floor offers 3 bedrooms and another full bathroom. A large open air porch makes a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee, large enough for evening entertaining after a day at the beach which is only a 2 minute walk away.

You'll love this property for all it has to offer! This is a beautiful and spacious loft with great views of the lake directly across the street. The guest residence is decorated in a rustic adirondack style, with spacious living room, kitchen and 2 decks overlooking the lake, and plenty of parking. Comfy queen sized beds in both bedrooms. Master bedroom has cooling mattress, so you'll sleep like a baby! The living room can accommodate a couple of additional people.

Please note: - 1 adult dog welcome (no puppies or cats), with pet fee - busy season housekeeping days are Mon and Fri (so 3 day weekend, 4 day midweek or one week arriving on a Mon or Fri is possible) - only guests on lease to be on property (no parties)
