It was really nice experience staying there, very cosy and cute villa.

We had a great stay here. The location is quite nice and the decor is lovely, everything is lovely, the service is friendly and the price is reasonable !

It was a great deal to stay at this place. I stay at family room hotel with 2 bedrooms. It was feeling like home, full kitchen set, clean bathroom and complete amenities. They also provided laundry room to do our own laundry. I would gladly recommending this place to stay at Sa Pa. Since it is really near to all kinds of restaurants, cafe and city center.

This place was great I hesitated because I didn't have any reviews when I booked The moment you enter the house The accommodation was really pretty, so I was happy. I visited in winter Because you turned on the heating in advance It was warm. I have a wood fire in the fireplace It had a Christmas feel to it. If you're walking in the city, It's a little far away I asked the host to take a taxi to get back and forth to the city, but it wasn't very uncomfortable. The fog continued to be thick during my stay It was just a pity that I couldn't see the view at all.

The location is right in the center of Sa Pa, very strategic and within walking distance to everywhere. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. There were plenty of thoughtful welcome gifts. The host was very helpful, friendly, and responded quickly. Highly recommended!

Great place

Not in the centre of town so it was away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. Easy to walk to from the centre and Lena, the lady who managed the accommodation was very helpful in organising transport and food.

Large appartment with modern furnishings. The layout is a little strange with one large room containing three beds and a second bedroom on a corner where you cross a small ornamental rockery. An initial issue with an external smoking area with views directly into the living room and an occasional smoker was resolved after a day and no further problems. Cats in the downstairs reception area with sometimes some odour in reception, lift and upper floor, but the apartment was clean and had no smell. There are several apartment’s in the building which runs as an apartment hotel. Quiet room and good location with all services nearby. Washing machine is shared within the building, occasionally we had to wait for it to become free. Host was always helpful and quick to respond.

Highly recommended! My boyfriend and I stayed there for 1 night, and enjoyed their rice field & authentic village visiting and trekking with an amazing guide, Mimi. Zizi and the other staff were very kind and attentive. The place was authentic and quiet with an amazing view. You can also have a family dinner with the family if you wish to. 30mins car ride to the Sa Pa downtown where you can enjoy the unique culture and restaurants. If you like adventures and really experience the countryside life of Vietnam, this is where you should choose!

This place was perfect. I am a westerner who loves to travel and I have stayed all over Europe, The Americas, and SE Asia. This place was top notch, very clean, perfectly located right in Sapa city center, and the amenities and toiletries provided rivaled those of some of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe. The location made it easy for me to meet hiking guides and walk to Cat Cat village. Additionally, the funicular to Fansipan mountain is within easy walking distance. If you are having a hard time deciding where to stay in Sapa. Look no further, this is the place! You will not be disappointed. Plus the views are breathtaking.

Nothing short of AMAZING!!! This was our first encounter with Airbnb so we had no idea what to anticipate and we were treated to the experience of a lifetime home was just that; it was warm, welcoming and inviting. As it turned out, we have the vacation of a lifetime, largely in part, due to their generosity and hospitality. We now have memories we will cherish for the rest of our lives. We truly cannot thank them enough for the experience.

We LOVED Minh's beautiful place. It is very spacious and fit our group of 7 comfortably. The amenities were all of good quality. Plus, it is located right in the center of Sapa, which made going around very easy. Highly recommended.
