A super nice place just inside if you need a bit of maintenance

My friend and I really enjoyed Esther's house, the tastefully Mexican-style decoration, the courtyard of the giant property, the very friendly staff. The house sits on grounds of a spotless state with beautiful high school horses, we saw them just a few minutes because we were attending an event a few miles away. Comfortable beds, very clean and a house with a good sized floor. Next time we go to Ticumán we plan to stay here again.

Excellent option to go in a group, the place has good distribution, comfortable rooms, bathrooms, and sufficient amenities to have a pleasant time, feel comfortable and live super well, I definitely recommend it and I will return in the future

Everything is good. Excellent service from Juan and attentive at all times. The view is very beautiful and the house is spacious! Just pay attention to check-in and check-out times when requesting the accommodation, as well as pay attention to the rules of the place and extra costs. But overall, it was a good experience!

I spent some amazing days at Michel's house, which is also super equipped, he and the staff who support him are very friendly and are always attentive to any request. I highly recommend it

everything is perfectly as described and shown in the photos. in case one was wondering: well maintained and super clean. all the basics and comfy. toilets that flushed amazingly and hot showers. the gated community is what we come for and we got to enjoy the club/play area that was recently painted and refurbished. nothing is modern but everything is maintained and impeccable. its peaceful and if you are interested, lots to do in the surrounding area. we prefer to ride our bikes and hang out in town, its always a great way to disconnect. it was exactly what we are looking for when coming to ticuman.

The house is very nice. For the space there is, it is highly valued that they accept pets, during my stay in May the pool water was at an excellent temperature. The fact that there is air conditioning in the house is very useful and allows us to be very comfortable. I would definitely go there again🥰.

Excellent place, spacious and with a large pool, ideal for a weekend with the whole family, the only drawback I see is the parking, although it fits 5 cars, parking the last ones is difficult since the space is small, as for the property it is excellent

We enjoyed the place.

Our stay was very pleasant, the house is just like the photos, it has a large garden, the pool is large and an area with a barbecue. It is located in a private area and has shops about 5 minutes away by car. The facilities were handed over completely clean. Alejandro was always attentive and very kind. We went during the hot season and the house felt very hot at night.

The accommodation was to the liking of all my friends, clean and air-conditioned, it had everything you need to enjoy more days. The service with Mirna was excellent and hassle-free. I would definitely go back to the AirB&B

The house is very large and surrounded by greenery, it makes you feel isolated and with some privacy. The pool is not heated but the heat is perfect, the patio is giant and very nice, just be careful when walking with bugs, I got to see some garlic but it is normal in the area. It is definitely a place I would go back to to spend a great evening with friends or family. We really enjoyed the sunsets. Monica and Aaron were quite attentive, I appreciate them. If you go, don't get lost in the Xochicalco Archaeological Zone, it's very close.

It is a very nice house, just like the photos. It is spacious for several people. The view is incredible. Carolina was always attentive to what we needed and solved anything for us. I highly recommend the place. Without a doubt, it is a place where I would stay again

Dream vacation. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and safe. Mago (cook), Miriam (cleaning), and Gustavo (grounds) are absolutely lovely. Kind, helpful, thorough, and eager to meet our every need; even willing to go above and beyond! Mago prepared delicious meals to-order, every room in the house was cleaned daily, and the grounds were prepared each morning for our enjoyment. We loved the deliciously warm pool, and enjoyed the theatre room every evening. This was the ultimate relaxing getaway. We only wish we had more reasons to return to this incredible place.

If you are looking for a private, nice place with all the amenities, this place is certainly perfect. The house is super spacious, clean and has an amazing palapa/room 😍 The kitchen, pool and lighting make you feel super comfortable. If you bring children, they will love the splash pool and the whirlpool. It's also very centrally located and there are many food options nearby.

The property is very conveniently located, beautiful lake views, gardens, palapa, swimming pool and excellent soccer field, impeccable maintenance. The rooms and bathrooms are impeccable and comfortable. Something to highlight in a very special way is the warm treatment of Gustavo and his family, always willing to help, I am extremely grateful to them and the hosts, I always felt at home.

Excellent host, the stay was very pleasant and very comfortable, the house is very easy to get to and find, the view is unbeatable, everything is just like the photographs.
