A great beautiful accommodation in a very good location, great host always responsive i would highly recommend

We stayed at the apartment for 16 nights. The apartment is very spacious and perfect for families. It is located in a very calm area and in a gated community. The security were all very kind and made us feel safe and welcome at the recidence. The apartment is located a few kilometers outside of the medina BUT it is close to Almazar shopping center and also to the ATM. We walked both to Almazar, Menara mall and even the medina with two small children and it was no problem. The pools in the recidence are very beautiful but they are very cold. Despite the cold, our children swam almost every day in it. There were also plenty of chairs by the pool to relax in. We are also very pleased with the hosts Manau and Nawal. From the beginning, even before arrival, they answered all of our questions. During our stay Nawal was always available and made sure to handle any issues that appeared both smoothly and quickly.

Great stay! The apartment is spacious and pleasant. The view is beautiful and the terrace overlooks a sunset every night. Clean accommodation, hosts were very responsive when we had questions about nearby activities. We were 6 girlfriends and had a great vacation!

Charming apartment with beautiful views of the residential central pool. Quiet and pleasant accommodation/neighborhood, despite the fact that a vehicle is necessary for all amenities and activities, 2 km from the first services such as restaurants, supermarkets... Equipment that deserves a good complement but the minimum necessary is present, permanent caretaker, perfect security of the residence. Lovely housekeeper, extremely kind and accommodating host despite a scare when we arrived at the airport because he couldn't be reached but largely excused by his kindness.

The best apartment I've rented so far in Marrakech! Everything is tastefully decorated, the bedding is very comfortable, and the terraces are ideal for relaxing. The apartment is in a secure residence with a very nice swimming pool, perfect for cooling off after a day in Marrakech. The location is great: in the heart of the Hivernage, close to the trendiest restaurants and the trendiest places in the city. A huge thank you to ZENKEYS for their professionalism, and a big thank you also to Majda, responsive, warm and always gives good advice. Congratulations to the owner for the quality of his exceptional accommodation. A perfect stay, I would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, off-center apartment in Marrakech, in a private and completely peaceful residence We loved the decor of the apartment which was warm, it had all the necessary equipment, plus Mostapha was very helpful and friendly, always responsive and ready to help us The bed was so comfortable we really got to rest And the terrace gives us a view of a very nice sunset Finally, the pool was very large as shown in the photos Thanks again to them for this great accommodation, identical to the description

Me and my two friends had a beautiful stay at Othman’s apartment. The apartment is modern and chic and just as described. The patio and pool area is stunning, it is very private so you can enjoy the sun and the water. The security on the complex were great and made us feel so safe and welcome which was great as three young girls who had never been to the country before. Taxis are available outside and it is around 5-10 minutes into the centre so the location is great- very private and peaceful but close to the centre for attractions and restaurants. Othman is great and has been so helpful, he always responded promptly and gave us tips on where to go, he even had a cleaner in for us during our stay. 10/10 would recommend :)) Thankyou

It is a very good, very clean and well-secured residence located about 25 minutes' drive from downtown Marrakech and about 10 minutes from a large supermarket, the apartment offered everything we needed during our stay. I recommend it

Really clean and nice place!

Jonas was very friendly and helpful, made us feel welcome. The apartment is well designed, the terrace was private and offered views, and could open up the space to watch TV from the hot tub. The hot tub was large, easy to use and had an adjustable awning to keep out of the sun if desired. Bedrooms were spacious and had storage space, also two fully equipped bathrooms. The air con worked well. TV had international channels and plenty to watch if you wanted. Overall very good experience, would highly recommend for the space and location.

Amazing location, very clean apartment. Communication with the host was really great, answered all my questions fast and clear. The instructions for check in were clear and understandable, we came from London, we really enjoyed the stay for all 4 nights. Highly recommend. Pubs, restaurants and supermarkets close by. Everything was perfect, it's the best apartment in Prestigia Marrakech

The apartment was very clean and nice. Well furnished. The rooms are spacious and each have their own bathroom and a large balcony. We spent a lot of time on the rooftop. It was really very pleasant: The kitchen on this terrace, the comfortable sofas... it's a real plus! And the hot tub to cool off, a real blessing!! We had breakfast and a few meals there, because the place really lends itself to it and in terms of utensils, nothing is missing. 😊 There are good quality restaurants in the neighborhood. We only moved on foot, even to reach the medina. It's not too far away. Majorelle Gardens is located right across from the apartment. We can only highly recommend the visit: it's a real haven of peace!! Thank you so much for your hospitality! Thank you for everything 🙏

Amazing accommodation, clean, refined decor, exactly as shown in the photos. A breath of fresh air as soon as you get back after a long day visiting or doing activities in Marrakech. Anissa and Nicolas are just the best, always there for us, they respond very quickly. They guide us if we need and recommend a great place! I'll come back to Marrakech and stay there again! It's just a 10/10, 20/20. If you hesitate to book, you're already making a mistake, so go for it! I'd recommend it without a second thought

Spacious, clean and very well-equipped apartment. We didn't use the kitchen but it's very large and looks well-equipped. Very comfortable bedding. I know it's not done much in Morocco, but a small shower curtain would be a real plus. The apartment is very well located, close to the main roads of Marrakech, Medina within walking distance, carriage rides nearby. Private parking space in the basement of the residence. Small supermarket downstairs from the building, neighborhood with lots of restaurants. The only small downside for me but that won't stop us from coming back: - apartment on the 4th and terrace on the 6th, you have to take the elevator to access it, so you can't go there in just a swimsuit, you have to get dressed since you cross common areas. Philippe and Nissrine are very responsive and offer good advice, thank you both very much!
