Vacation rentals with beach access in Lagos

I had an amazing experience staying at William’s place in Lagos. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed warmly and made to feel at home. The property was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and located in a safe, accessible area. The decor was stylish and modern, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. He went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed, offering great local tips and being available whenever I had questions. I particularly appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and the serene environment, which made it easy to relax and unwind. I would highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting Lagos. It was truly a 5-star experience, and I look forward to returning!

This was a great spot close to everything. The Ac worked great. The space was very nice and very comfortable. All the staff was very attentive. The host was always available. Any questions I had he answered pretty quick and was able to have staff help getting things that I needed. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Lagos.

The house was beautiful and very clean, it looked exactly like the pictures in the listing, beautiful views and aesthetic, lovely location too if i might add. if i had any concern it would be with the address as stated on the listing, because we lived in the same building before moving to this apartment and only decided to book this because we thought it’s in same building, to our surprise both apartments gave us different addresses, which is weird, and because of that confusion we had to get a taxi to move our things out to the address on given to us here and it led us to a totally different location, it would be nice if it was looked into.

Great place to stay. Everything worked. All of our questions and queries were attended to in a matter of minutes. Great location not too far away from anything. Special mention to the house manager Carol. She was so lovely

Uwaoma’s place was beautiful and spacious. Communication was on point whenever I reached out. Had a minor issue with the ac leak, but I was resolved quickly and worked fine the rest of the stay. The estate was secured with multiple security stationed at each gate which was great for safety throughout the stay. This place is great to stay with family and can fit up to 10. Our hosts were very accommodating in letting family come to visit us after our grandmothers burial by providing codes for our guests to come in. I would definitely recommend this space for future guests who want to enjoy the Lekki, Lagos area

I booked this Airbnb for my family during their stay in Lagos and they had a great experience. The property was comfortable and anytime there was a small issue, it was resolved quickly. Dominic, the caretaker, was especially helpful and attentive. His support made a big difference throughout their stay. The hosts were warm, respectful and very responsive. I appreciate how they genuinely care about improving and making guests feel welcome. My family really enjoyed their time there and I am sure we will book this place again for our next stay. Akinsanmi Place in Lekki was an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how secured, clean, and well-lit the entire environment was. The modern design truly made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. What really stood out was the exceptional service from Joy, the manager. She was incredibly attentive and extremely responsive to all our needs, making us feel very well taken care of. The check-in instructions were detailed and helpful, ensuring a smooth and stress-free arrival. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend Akinsanmi Place to anyone looking for a top-notch experience in the Lekki area.

It was my families first trip to Lagos so it was important for us to feel comfortable and safe. I made a mistake in not asking for flexibility around when I could check into the apartment and realised my mistake at the 11th hour. I was able to find a solution for my family, however, even though the situation was my mistake, I wish that I was met with a more supportive response, in this respect, from Uchenna. Outside of this, Uchenna and her team made us feel very comfortable and well attended to. Her supervisor (Emerald) went out of her way late at night to come herself and fix a wifi problem we had at the apartment which was amazing of her. And any issues we had during our stay were immediately taken care of by Uchenna’s team, shout out to Mr Kingsley! The apartment itself was spacious, in a great location for enjoying Lagos and the estate is very secure with an amazing family feel- my son loved playing with the other kids in the playground! We loved it! Thank you!

Great Airbnb, Eugene was a fantastic help. Lateefah constantly checked in with guests. The apartment looks even better in person, nice rooms and kitchen, everything was well cleaned and the ACs / appliances work perfectly. The apartment is located in a very secure building. I would not classify this area as Lekki Phase I but more Ikate. Easy to get to VI, Ikoyi once you get past the busy T junction near the petrol station. The only thing I would mention is about the water pressure and slight stench from the water - but this is a Lekki problem so it is best to have bottled water and also Dettol on hand. Would recommend this AIRBNB to anyone staying in Lagos for a while. Again, big thanks to the porter Eugene and the gatemen who were always available and handy. Hopefully this review helps anyone looking to book.

This apartment is great and beautiful. The host is very professional and the location is secure with lots of fun activities to do around it. The only downside, is the staircase you need to climb for a 2-story (minus the ground floor) building if you are on the topmost floor. Besides this, it’s all positives about this apartment.
