Discover the Chauvet Cave, the village of Balazuc, ranked among the most beautiful villages in France, the famous Ardèche Gorges and much more. Relaxation: Vals-les-Bains and its thermal baths. Many swimming spots are also to be discovered. Entertainment: Provencal market every Saturday morning. Airette parking is about 100 m away, under video surveillance and totally free. For Provence lovers, for wine amateurs, nature and culture lovers, Lovely Apartment (40 m2) located in the heart of the Cru classified Cairanne vineyard . Perfect starting point of walks and excursions : Mont Ventoux, Dentelles de Montmirail, Provençal villages (Seguret, Rasteau…), Vaison-la-Romaine (15 mins along a nice little road through the wineyards) and Avignon ( 45 mins). Pleasant setting : view over the ancient village, new swimming pool (to be shared only with the owners)

Here, on the ground floor of a charming village house, you will discover an old art gallery transformed into a cozy and comfortable cottage of about 45 square meters. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

38 m² duplex in medieval village, Gorges Ardèche

Apartment with terrace, in the heart of the medieval village of Balazuc, label "the most beautiful villages of France". Great for 2 people. In a stone house (that of my ancestors), whose foundations are from the 13th century. The rental allows me to finance the rest of my amenities. My property is close to the Ardèche river. You'll love it for the views, the decor, and the pebble alleys. In summer, I prefer one week stays from Saturday to Saturday.

Numerous hiking trails on site including the GR42 20 minutes from the Tricastin power station. The apartment measures 48 m2 + a covered terrace of 16 m2.
