My Cozy

O Meu Aconchego is a unique space because it is in the city and you wake up in the morning with the birds singing and, when you open the window, you come across a beautiful green area. It is gratifying to watch the sunrise or sunset from the balcony while lying in the hammock. Also, have coffee in a bright kitchen, and during the day, enjoy the waterfall and whirlpool in the pool while another prepares a barbecue. It is also possible, at night, to turn off the lights of the house and enjoy the starry sky and identify the constellations.

Lovely apartment!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and pleasant place to stay in Lagoa Santa. Well located in the Várzea neighborhood, this corner apartment is on a quiet street with easy access. The property is 900 meters from the central lagoon, and an Areião sports complex, 600 meters from a bakery and other shops, 1 km from the bh supermarket. The accommodation has two bedrooms available, one of which is a suite with a balcony. Each bedroom has a double bed. Access is via a smooth and comfortable flight of stairs.

Have fun with the whole family at this place full of refinement and leisure. There are 4 bedrooms, one master suite, 4 adjoining rooms, a powder room, 3 bathrooms, fine furniture, a fully equipped kitchen with fine-quality household appliances. Crystal glasses for wine and champagne, beer glasses and pots. Souplat, etc. Grass soccer field and peteca, swimming pool, barbecue area, 2 refrigerators, freezer, Wi-Fi, house with fine taste decoration. We have Netflix and Amazon Prime (500 meters from the lagoon)

Excellent house in Lagoa Santa, great view, cozy, ideal for spending the weekend and holidays with family and friends. Fully furnished and equipped house, with exterior security cameras. Bed and bath linens are not included. We leave a face towel and mat in the bathrooms. Solar heated pool. The whirlpool and waterfall are not available for rent. Internet, Wi-Fi, Sky with Première, Chrome Cast are available The house is not in a condominium!

Enjoy a spectacular trip by staying in a 1950s-style house, renovated, cozy and with incredible energy for you to relax with family and friends.
