Artist's House is situated in the charming medieval village of Maranola overlooking the Gulf of Gaeta. A beautiful garden between mountains and sea; a room carved into the rock. One hour by train and car from Napoli and Roma. Please note: we don’t have self check-in, because we like to meet and welcome you in person. We had a wonderful stay at Tiziana's place. Both Tiziana and Giovanni made us feel very welcome. Giovanni is a font of information on the local area whilst Tiziana cooks the best of food. The food in their restaurant was excellent and the highlight of our stay in Italy. The younger ones even got some cooking lessons. Make sure to take advantage of their wonderful food and friendly atmosphere. It's good to meet the actual owners of the Airbnb who can give you guidance for the local area - this seems to be very rare nowadays. Thank you Tiziana and Giovanni for a lovely time.

Beautiful area, not far from Barrea and Roccaraso, which were the destinations of our trip. The house is in a panoramic position and you can see that it is a well-kept and clean environment.

We had a great time. The house was super clean, warm, new, and cozy. It's a small apartment but it doesn't lack anything. Mrs. Rossana was very sweet and helpful, we felt right at home. Surely if we return to the area, if there is a chance, we will stay here again.

This apartment was spacious, beautiful and clean. The views from the balcony were unmatched and the local town was beautiful and had everything you need for a calm and relaxing holiday. Breakfast at the local cafe included with the booking was so lovely, thank you. And the hosts met us and helped us bring our bags from the car park, which was so helpful as it was up a very big hill! Cannot recommend this apartment enough. Thank you again!

Everything you could want from a place. Perfect location right in the heart of Sperlonga, whilst also perched perfectly above the Sperlonga roofs, beach and sea. To top it off, Benedetto was incredibly accommodating- even picking us up and dropping us off at the train station. We did not want to leave!
