This small 30 m2 cottage will be perfect for your weekends, vacations or business trips. Entirely made by us in an old wine building, Charlotte wanted to decorate it on the theme of the Sunflower, emblematic flower of the Charentes and Tintin, famous comic strip, since we are located 30 minutes from Angoulême, capital of the comic strip. Quiet cottage, among the vineyards, 10 minutes from the N10. A relaxation area with jacuzzi is available as an option (book 24 hours before)

Small private island located between Angouleme and Cognac, on the path of the bike path "La Flow vélo", in the immediate vicinity of the pretty beach of Le Bain des Dames. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Its 'Bauhaus Style' with cinematic view mezzanine bedroom, decking and outdoor furniture and use of swimming pool (normally open for 1st of June but can be earlier, depending on weather.)
