David was an excellent host. He was responsive to our questions and extremely pleasant and trustworthy. The location of his property was perfect for us with a bakery/coffee shop, restaurants and stores all within walking distance. We will definitely be back for another stay!

Overall, we had a great stay. The house was really nice for what it was worth. The only issue was, the outside doesn't look to appealing. It looks disheveled and on a semi-busy street. If you are in the front 2 rooms (living room and 1st bedroom) you can hear the cars whizzing by. The 2nd/3rd bedrooms you can't really hear. The stay overall was very accommodating. The host was very responsive, the beds/linens were nice, comfy and clean. The bathroom was a bit outdated, but it did it's job. If you're on a budget, I'd definitely consider this for other guests.

The whole experience with staying at this house was incredible! Before the trip started, Adam and his team were helpful in answering a few questions I had. They had great restaurant recommendations. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as listed. If you are comparing this house to the few others in the area, book this house!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Location, location, location! And, loved the apartment and decor. It felt so genuinely NOLA. David was responsive to general inquiries and offered up suggestions for things to do in the area. I never met him in person, but it felt like I had him right there with me for anything I needed. If you go during the summer, you gotta know it’s gonna be hot! We were completely fine and knew the time we were choosing to go, so just understand that’s the way it is and don’t fuss. The final day of our trip we stayed in our jammies all day and enjoyed the cool down and the lovely kitchen. The apartment is beautiful. We played house and completely loved this day after hitting all the touristy stuff your supposed to do when you travel. 🙂 Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at David's! The apartment was very clean and both the beds and space were relaxing and comfortable. It's in a fantastic, walkable location with shopping and great restaurants nearby and it was nice and quiet at night over the weekend. I highly recommend staying at David's and we will very likely be returning.

Minnette’s place was wonderful! Just as described! It is close to great shopping, bars and restaurants. It is right on Magazine St. which can be busy but we weren’t affected by noise at all. Easy to get around to all the fun things to do in New Orleans. We had a wonderful time. Minnette was also extremely quick to respond when we had questions.

This place is beautifully renovated and decorated! Walking distance to all the great restaurants, bars and shopping on Magazine Street. Private and safe with locked entrance into building. Loved that coffee and supplies were provided, and it was perfectly clean. It is located on a main road so could hear some cars passing at night but otherwise very quiet. No loud music or parties in the area while we were there. We will definitely book again on our next trip to NOLA!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood, plentiful parking. Close to the main drag and major arteries to get around town, fast food or fine dining not too far away. Beds were comfortable. Kim’s check in/check out policy is pretty good, early in/late out, we had rain getting out but no problem with later checkout. The apartment was clean as a whistle when we arrived. Not a peep was heard from the neighbors. Resourceful kitchen space made breakfast prep easy. We had a couple household hiccups, but Kim handled them quickly and professionally. I’d definitely return on my next rip to Houma.

Host was super responsive. The neighborhood was great and we loved using the pool in the backyard. Highly recommend!

Stayed at Kim’s place for a wedding. The apartment was conveniently located within a few miles of downtown. Close enough for a quick trip for groceries but far enough away as not to be disturbed by noise and traffic. Many food options within walking distance. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. We had a minor issue with the WiFi which Kim responded immediately and assisted us with fixing. Air conditioning works fantastically and kept the apartment comfortable during the 97 degree days. Absolutely enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again next time we’re in town.

Charles was very friendly and always responded quickly. We went down south for a quick fishing trip and it was just what we need for a two night stay. We were very comfortable. We would stay again.

Mr Charles and Emma were so nice and very accommodating. very peaceful and quiet. If you love the bayou this is where you need to stay!!
