Vacation rentals with a patio in Lafayette

Russ and Julie communicated through text and the website. Immediately responses and proactive on detailed check in/out instructions. The house was so comfortable! Super clean and everything you need was there. They even provided some waffles And muffins for breakfast! The kitchen was a perfect size for the two of us and we could have cooked way more than breakfast. Beds were soft and warm as we slept with windows open and the night air was fresh and cool. Great pillows! Linens and bath towels etc, were lovely, soft, and softly fragrant. Th home is older, but with modern floors, giving it a lovely cozy and comfy welcoming atmosphere. The front porch was a lovely place to relax in the swing and enjoy coffee after I went running each morning on the Nearby Nickel Plate Rail Trail. Local restaurants are middle America comfort food. Perfect for us! Russ and Julie are super friendly! I highly recommend this particular place! You won’t be disappointed if you stay here!

Brenda and her place were amazing! The apartment was perfect for my boyfriend I for the week! It was in an awesome location, had great amenities, and it was a beautiful unit. The building is easy to navigate and the unit itself has everything you could need. Brenda herself was very friendly and happy to help with any issues we had (very quickly, too!) and made sure we were all taken care of. She was very responsive and accommodating. We would gladly stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The laundry was a big bonus in our time as we needed it here and there. One minor flaw was the smoke smell that we got when we first stepped in. That was solved with some open windows. Other than that, a wonderful place!

Amy’s place was a perfect stay and had lots of nice touches: Full sized towels, throw blankets! Actual potholders so that the kitchen was usable. Clean and comfortable. Felt like being at home. The complex pool and amenities are really nice and the area was safe and conveniently located. Time your entrances and exits (or just go South) bc when the church traffic lets out, it’s a bear. 10/10 will stay again.

The space was beautiful with the natural light from all the windows and plants made it feel warm and welcoming. This is an older apartment building but is very clean, updated, and well kept. There is a lovely covered siting porch out front and the remodeled bathroom is gorgeous! The space checks all the boxes for comfort, functionality, and location. The host was very friendly and responsive.

Great location, apartment, and hosts! I couldn't ask for more. Aaron took us kayaking and did the heavy lifting. Perfect river conditions.

The location and view were great! Also having the parking garage was awesome for that location

Thank you for being a kind and gracious Hostess!! We had a wonderful stay! Your BnB was so much more than I had hoped for! So beautifully decorated with so many amenities and so much love! We really felt at home for our 3 week stay as we transitioned from our own home. I would absolutely recommend this BnB to anyone who is looking for a warm and cozy small town getaway. Away from the craziness of the city.

This place was great. We spent the week visiting from out of town with our 1 year old and it was great to have a space with her own room, pack n play, baby bath tub, high chair, etc. The yard is beautiful and the house is very comfortable. We absolutely would come back.

I would stay here again! Paul was easy to get ahold of, and as a traveling healthcare worker I really appreciated his flexibility. The little extras of snacks and water were a nice touch as well

Good location, close to a high school. 10-20 minute drive for restaurants. We stayed for a concert at Ruoff, it was 15 minutes away. Mostly clean and had everything we needed like coffee, TV, iron, towels, linens and washer/dryer.

Very very clean, beautiful home. Location is great! Amy was wonderful with her response times when/if we had any questions. Amy also had a personalized book, which listed all the great places to eat/visit in the area. Will definitely be returning yearly! Thanks Amy!

It was a great place to stay. Quiet and lots of good amenities at the facility. Good sized condo with plenty of space to spread out. View of the river is also beautiful! Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at Angela's apartment in Lafayette. Plenty of food options within a block including one next door. Scones and dollies a block away. Comfortable beds in both the bedrooms. Extremely modern and looked brand new. Expansive kitchen and living room on the upper floor inccluding a sofa bed. Parking on the street but you have to move your vehicle every couple of hours or use a parking garage nearby. We walked to the Purdue campus across the river. Enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay. Love how it’s in nature right by water. Beds and pillows were very comfy. Wish there were black out curtains to sleep in longer but not a huge deal. The host was great at communicating and would definitely stay here again.

Tim was super responsive and great the entire time leading up to and during our stay. The condo is in a great location, close to a ton of restaurants and shopping. The space was quiet, private and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

My friends and I traveled to Indianapolis for the Taylor Swift concert and Ruby's place was close enough to the city for us to travel in for the show, yet far enough from downtown to not be in all the chaos. There were so many wonderful amenities nearby from walking distance coffee shop and not too far groceries and restaurants. Ruby's home was clean and organized - it was the perfect spot for our Swiftie getaway!

It's in a nice gated community! Private lake that flows into the white river, very beautiful and peaceful! Would definitely stay again for another wknd, also broad ripple has very good restaurants and walking parks, only a couple miles away from the condo. Only one small issue when we first arrived our trash can was full and didn't get emptied until our last day we were there.

The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. I was very comfortable and felt safe in the environment. The neighborhood seemed very family friendly and quiet. I would recommend this condo for anyone wanting to stay in Indy for a short or long visit. ED Estates was very good responding to any questions that I had and being helpful when I could not fit my vehicle in the attached garage due to size. The additional parking was more than sufficient. I will look them up whenever I am in the area and need a place to stay. I really enjoyed my stay.

This loft is a really cool space in a great location, within walking distance to lots of restaurants and a short drive to Purdue. The building was really quiet, beds were comfortable, and the vibe was on point. This was the perfect home base for graduation weekend!
