Boat ramp is 100 yards down the road. 4 kayaks, canoe, and paddleboard are provided, all of which can be launched from the house. Fish from the dock or explore the lake. Use the grill or take a short drive to Branford or Mayo and enjoy some of the restaurants. Come boat, fish, or swim in the lake or just enjoy the lake view. Outdoor fire pit includes wood.

Super cute and spacious private 3/2 home on 4 acres really lets you enjoy the rural country life without the chores. Only a few miles from several springs and the Suwanee river. (Literally have 10 springs within 39 miles). A few of the springs are: Little River Springs (my favorite), Ichetucknee springs, Ginnie Springs, Royal spring, Charles Springs, Rum Island, Hart springs, Blue Springs, Poe springs and so many more. While our home may not be perfect, its our perfect country get away

The greenhouse River Ranch it is a 3000 square-foot four bedroom three bath home on 15 acres with a beautiful panoramic view of the historical Suwanee River in Lafayette County. Completely renovated from top to bottom in 2021 with comfort in mind for friends and family to enjoy. As you enter the gates a short drive through an open field large Hammock oaks and beautiful pines scattered throughout the property. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This home sits in the middle of ten acres. It has a wrap around porch. Beautiful view with trees and plenty of wildlife to watch. Plenty of room, Total tranquility. There is a boat ramp to the Suwannee River 2 miles away, countless beautiful natural springs and Keaton Beach on the Gulf Coast is 45 min away. We are also 45 minutes from the lazy river at Itchnatucky State Park. Sit on the wrap around porch and listen to nature.

This was a wonderful place to stay. My wife and I along with our two boys really enjoyed the whole experiance and time we spent here. This place is beautiful and peaceful. We are all avid outdoorsmen so the lake was the perfect place for us. We spent everyday either at the lake shore fishing or in our small boat many times as well and caught some really nice fish. Mostly Largemouth Bass and all different sizes. The largest we caught was a 3 pound and 5 pound Bass, some of which we caught right at the bank of the lakehouse. Even if you don't fish, this is an amazing place to stay and relax from all the business! I could literally relax under the shade trees at the bank of this lakehouse for hours and enjoy the beauty of it all. Our hosts, Katie, was very responsive and ready to answer any questions but the description and communication was superb and we had no concerns. Of all the places we have stayed on vacation over the years, this was the best ever! We will be back!

What a beautiful, quiet and peaceful place for us to stay while visiting in the area. Fantastic value and we so enjoyed our interaction with Mireya and Michael. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Wow! We really had a phenomenal time during our stay. The location is absolutely beautiful, and the house itself was spacious and extremely well equipped. I could have happily stayed for several weeks and barely left the property! We definitely hope to come back in the future. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

What a pleasant retreat! One feels at home in the peaceful surroundings of this accommodation. It is spacious, with a big yard in which to sit and waste the time away 😀. When I travel to North Florida, I will return to this BnB.

Serene, Luxurious Riverside Home!

Beautiful location with a great, undeveloped view. While there are neighbors on either side of the property we felt that we had peace and quiet. There are no houses or developments across the river, so the views are really pristine. We enjoyed having s’mores with the kids around the firepit. Unusually high rainfall and higher water levels prevented us from using the dock for kayak launch. You would have to wade through thigh-high water to get to the floating dock. It seems the water level in the river is super variable so do your research if you are planning to paddle. This location is a 25 min drive to Ichitucknee Springs, which has easy launches and rentals and is just incredible if you wish to paddle or float down a crystal clear river. The kitchen was comfortable and well appointed, better than average selection of seasonings/foil/film, although they were short on table forks. (Only 6! :-) We read prior reviews and brought extra beach /bath towels and firepit blankets. Book it!
