Thomas’s place was amazing!! Everything was very new, clean, and the views were stunning. The kitchen had everything we needed to do some cooking, the fireplace was lovely, the decks (there are 2!) were amazing to relax on and even have dinner as there was a new grill, table, and full sets dining ware for eating outside to enjoy the beautiful view. Only hard part was finding the place as you need to go up the steep road listed on the address and take a left that is not marked (and feels like you’re driving off the side of the road the first time). I will go back and hopefully bring more guests as Thomas finishes another sleeping room!

Mijam and her husband are great hosts. The communication before and during the stay during great. The apartment and the view from the great terrace are a dream. The apartment is super modern and fully furnished. Short ways to great excursions. We were completely thrilled and will certainly come back again.

We felt very comfortable with Angelika. The apartment is very lovingly decorated and the view of the mountain from the balcony is breathtaking. Baker and shopping facilities are a short walk away. There are also many activities offered in the village. Angelika is a charming host. We will definitely be happy to come back, the farewell was very difficult for us.

We were 4 adults and 2 children for a 4-day weekend, the apartment is very large. There is a large terrace that we can use safely for children. I highly recommend this apartment and I'll keep the address for the next time. Thank you very much Ingrid, we had a great vacation.

Nicely furnished apartment. All the little things are arranged and chosen with taste. Lots of paintings and art photos that fill the space with a creative flair. Everything in the kitchen is present - from a mixer, a blender to a corkscrew and several types of wine glasses, dishwasher tablets, many varieties of tea bags. Huge terrace. Washing machine. Hair dryer.

Great communication with Carmen, who is friendly, helpful, always responds to messages :-) The apartment according to the description and photos, it looks even better in person - big, very clean, cozy, divided into zones provides a lot of privacy. Beautiful neighborhood with the possibility of playing various winter sports and more. Well connected to several ski resorts can be reached in 20 min (Ischgl/Samnaun, Nauders, SFL and Kaunertal Glacier about 1h). Close to the apartment there are two grocery stores where you can shop. I wouldn't mind living there permanently... Carmen see you next year :-)

The stay at Florian's was great and is highly recommended! The apartment is located right next to a supermarket and several restaurants. Florian had a lot of good tips for the area😊. We enjoyed the view from the balcony and the cozy bed should also be highlighted! Thanks Florian, we'll be back 😊

The accommodation completely exceeded our expectations. We will be happy to come back. Luxurious, fantastic location and everything you need. Even a table tennis table is covered on the property overlooking the mountain landscape.☺️☺️

The apartment is better than on the photos, modern, stylish and very cosy! We really enjoyed our stay! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and more. Andreas was very helpful and responsive, we felt welcomed and cared for. Would definitely recommend!

Great view, modern and brandnew facilities, spacious

I would give it 10 stars if I could. Ingrid and her husband are adorable, available and offer a bread delivery service. The accommodation is beautiful, simply decorated but with great taste. From the outside to the inside everything is beautiful, clean and smells good. The view of the mountains and river is splendid. If you are a lover of nature (splendid), hiking, calm, if you like to be able to fall asleep with the sound of the river and watch the sun rise and set over the mountain, Ingrid's house is for you. Thank you Ingrid, we'll be back next year!

Dream house and absolutely stunning location! Would happily stay again

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

We enjoyed the week at Moritz's place very much - right on the lake, equipped with plenty of space and everything super clean! Moritz was always easy to reach and provided us with great tips for the area. We would come back anytime!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. There was really everything we needed, from towels to the initial equipment for breakfast. Unfortunately, our time in Telfs was quite unpleasant. But after a rainy hike, the sauna and the pool did particularly well.

This is a wonderful place to stay, everything is as described, and we can't ask for a better host. We had a couple of requests during our stay, and he delivered immediately. We were grilling for a couple of days and eventually got out of gas, everything was closed as it was Sunday evening, and he manage to help us there at that time...quite nice to be honest. I do really recommend this place.

Excellent private place in the mountains for anyone who wants to get lost in the wilderness but with some moderns amenities like Sauna and Jacuzzis. Get your own food and drinks because the restaurants are approx 20 - 30 mins away and so are the supermarkets.
