The Lookout

The Lookout is a space for you to unplug and be yourself. The cottage is along a little lane and has no close neighbours so you are able to enjoy solitude while being part of a traditional Greek Village and enjoy the gentle life that the residents have. Views are amazing from every window with terraces that wrap around the house so you can watch the sunrise and set, Moon bath and star gaze. If you wish to eat out there are local taverna's and the beach is a short drive along amazing roads.

"Common dream" house by the beach

It's a small 45 sq.m house 50m walking distance to the beach. It's a genuine beach house in the family farm at the eastern seaside suburbs of Kalamata. The direct access to the beach and the seaside palm trees sidewalk make the ideal set. A unique sunny house with blue and white shades with a unique panoramic view of the sea. It offers plenty of moments of relaxation and tranquility combined with excursions to several nearby beaches in just 5 minutes distance. It has a main large space with a fireplace, a double bed, two single beds, a sofa and an indoor loft with two large sleeping mattresses. It is 15 minutes by car from the beautiful town of Gythio as well as 15 from the picturesque traditional Areopolis.

Ο ξενώνας βρίσκεται σε μία ήσυχη γειτονιά με ευχάριστο κλίμα, κατάφυτη από ελαιώνες σε μικρά λοφάκια, στην περιοχή Μαυροβουνίου, 3 χλμ κοντά στο γραφικό Γύθειο. Η πλησιέστερη παραλία είναι η αμμουδιά του Μαυροβουνίου που βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 1,5 χλμ από τον ξενώνα, όπου σε κάποια σημεία είναι οργανωμένη με ομπρέλες, καταστήματα εστίασης ενώ σε πολλά άλλα όχι τόσο πολυσύχναστα προσφέρεται για ηρεμία και απομόνωση. Ο ξενώνας κατοικηθηκε για πρώτη φορά τον Απρίλιο του 2024.

It is located in an ideal spot for excursions to Koroni, Foinikounta, Methoni, Pylos, Gialova, Voidokilia and at a distance of 30.4 km from Ancient Messini. This is a house with direct access to the sea and is ideal for families and pets.
