Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Lachine Canal

The place was great and comfortable. The only issue is the very squeaky floors but I guess that's expected for an older building. There are also no washrooms on the upper floor so we had to go downstairs which was hard with children but for adults it should be fine.

Amazing location central to everything! Danielle was incredibly helpful. She even arranges a work table as we were going to be working on our remote jobs during the day. Lived that we were able to be on the Mount Royal trails in under 15 min. The apartment itself is lovely and sitting by the window seeing all the activity below while drinking our morning coffee became one of our favorite things to do.

Odile is truly a gem of a person. She was so clear with her check-in and check-out instructions, so it was super easy to get in and get settled. She was also very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay, even going so far as to provide some painkillers when we asked if she had any. The place itself is well laid-out and clean, and had everything one could need for their stay. We LOVED the day bed and TV set-up - it was almost difficult to choose between staying in and exploring Montreal. If you find this place available during your stay in Montreal, don’t hesitate and book it for the chance to be Odile’s guest. You won’t regret it!

Had a great stay in Seng's airbnb. It was very spacious and we had all of the kitchen amenties to make meals. We were about a 10 minute walk from the metro station which was convenient for commuting to downtown Montreal. Would definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at Yelena’s place! From the start, communication was seamless, she responded incredibly quickly and was always so kind and polite. The house was spotless and beautifully maintained, making it a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend staying here!

Clothilde’s place was perfect. I stayed there with my son, while in Montreal for the weekend. The unit was immaculate, plenty of space, anything you needed was nearby. The subway line was less than a 5 minute walk. Parking was also included (our host let us park in the spot well after checkout-really appreciate that). If you are staying in Montreal don’t hesitate to book Clothilde’s space. You won’t be disappointed.

Exceeded our expectations!

It was an excellent place to stay for my first visit to Montreal. The distance from downtown was actually perfect — it allowed me to rest well when I needed to, but also easily go out and enjoy the city.

We enjoyed our stay here. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Everything we needed was provided. The place is close to busstops which will lead you to Downtown or metro stations. Côte St Luc mall is less than 10 minutes walk away. Our flight got cancelled and thankfully it was possible to stay an extra night. Very thankful for allowing us to enjoy our stay without the stress of a late flight. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

Jason was very responsive to all of my questions. 10 minutes into Old Montreal with car. When we realized the toaster didn't work, Jason had one over to the house by the time we got back from touring downtown. Great host to work with!!! Highly recommend this place!!!

Nabil was probably one of the best hosts we have encountered amongst Airbnb owners. Extremely responsive, helpful with local suggestions, communication and more. He covers all the details so you don't have to. If you are staying in the Montreal area, you should consider staying here if the space meets your needs. Local transportation was good too. We stayed at Irma's for a concert at Place Bell. perfect location and flawless experience. We had several last minute changes that Irma accommodated with yease and grace. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay here! A great location for exploring the Mile End neighborhood and Mont-Royal neighborhoods! Walking distance to the metro and Saint Laurent street for shopping. The apt is easy to get into and the master suite downstairs was cozy. Loved all the mirrors in the bathroom and the full length mirror especially since we had a wedding we were getting ready for! Bed was nice and firm and shower pressure was amazing! We enjoyed Bar Henrietta, Butterblume, BIG Japan Bar, Myriad Coffee, Dispatch Coffee, Cafe Pista, Larrys, and many more spots! Def check out the Bota Bota spa too! The art on the walls - as others have said - is more sexual in nature, just fyi if traveling with kids. Host was kind and responsive and we really enjoyed the location of this airbnb. The click and park lot is close by and affordable and was a great place to park the car all weekend while we used the metro to get around.

Great apartment near Sherbrooke Street. The back deck worked out beautifully with summer weather. As described by owner, 3 bedrooms and a good sized living room. Kitchen worked out well. There is a bunk room for kids. The unit is upstairs and has a good railing to use. Parking outside on site. Pepper the cat was around on back deck. Very friendly cat. Restaurants, grocery store and SAQ walking distance. Fabulous kids playground in Westmount park. Perfect for our family.

Our family of four had a great stay at Jason’s place. The property was spacious and clean. The sauna was a nice bonus! We paid for the parking spot associated with the unit, which was helpful for our needs, but also noticed that even on a busy weekend, parking on the street was easily available. Jason was very accommodating, responsive and easy to communicate with. We would happily stay at Drolet the next time we are in Montreal.

We had a fantastic stay at Jing's place. It's in a very walkable and transit-friendly location (just minutes from the Metro), with lots of restaurants and bars right outside the door (but thankfully that you can't hear from inside!). The whole apartment was really well appointed and very clean. We'd love to come back!

Nice accommodation, clean and good location. A little noisy

Jacques's apartment was very quaint and clean. Full Kitchen, bath and separate bedroom. I was just passing through and only stayed for the one night, but the little town looks like a very cool place to spend some time exploring in the future. The host greeted me curbside on arrival and even popped out to say good-by the following morning. Thanks for allowing me to stay at your place!

Perfect condo for someone who wants to be in downtown and not rent a car. You can walk everywhere. I stayed solo for just a few days. Small basic condo with everything you need for a short getaway. There were some minor maintenance items I noted to the owner, otherwise everything was great. If you travel in summer - bring a sleeping mask. There are no blackout curtains and without a mask you’ll be awake at 5:30 if you are a light sleeper. It can get noisy some nights, but this is a pay for being in downtown. Bring earplugs if you are sensitive.

The place was super clean and cozy. Lots of great restaurants and cafes next to it. Close to the metro station and walkable distance from downtown.

Great downtown condo located just a few steps from the Sherbrooke metro station and the best neighbourhood in Montreal, the Plateau Mont-Royal. The included crib and high chair, child friendly layout, and proximity to the Sherbrooke metro station and the Plateau Mont-Royal neighbourhood make it an excellent option for couples or groups travelling with an infant or toddler (as long as you don’t mind doing the stairs on a 3rd floor walk-up and you bring a sound machine for the little one and ear plugs for yourselves at night, as the street noise is noticeable, but bearable). M.J. was a great host and the early check-in was very much appreciated. Having previously lived in the neighbourhood myself, I know that ants can be an issue indoors in the spring and we saw a few, but they can happen almost anywhere. It wasn’t a big deal to us.

Good place and I spent a happy time there.
