Our two families had a great time at Catherine's place. The house is furnished well, and the kitchen stood out as well appointed with rare additions like an air fryer. The beds were very comfortable. The kids loved the mini arcade. We loved the pool, which got plenty of sun and kept drawing us back away from the beach. The location was great. Close to the shops on 72 but not too far away from the bridge to LBI. Catherine's communication was great, and very responsive to our questions, and she promptly addressed a minor issue we had.

This is a definite must stay if you’re coming to Philly with a large family! The place is simply amazing home and is modern, spacious and pristine in nature! It’s is wonderfully decorated and could easily be a show home! It is exactly as advertised and much more! The jacuzzi and outdoor patio and bbq are a really nice touch, and well as the exercise room and equipment on the second floor! Katerina is a gracious and wonderful host! She responded to any inquiries in a timely and helpful manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! Great experience all around ! I would consider renting this spot again , fell in love with the house and the host was great! So spacious! Anything that we forgot , the house had it , it was above and beyond equipped ! Great location ! Friendly neighbors ! Perfect for hosting an intimate gathering !

We had a wonderful 3-day stay at this beautiful home in Ocean Gate, New Jersey. The location couldn’t have been better—tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but just a short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and thoughtfully set up with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There were plenty of activities to enjoy at the house, making it easy to unwind without ever feeling bored. The host truly went above and beyond—not only was communication smooth, but they also provided a fantastic guidebook full of helpful information about the house and the local area, which made getting settled and exploring a breeze. This place felt like a home away from home, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Danny and Laura’s! The house was very comfortable, well decorated and well stocked. The heated pool was a major plus- even when the weather was cold, the pool was very warm and relaxing. The house is located on a quiet street so you can get a good night sleep, while still being only 7-10 min walk from the boardwalk. The beach is about 2 min walk. Danny and Laura are very thoughtful and communicative hosts who clearly care a lot about their guests - they were very prompt in responding to any questions we had. We would like to be back soon and would definitely recommend this place to future guests.

We had a lovely weekend getaway for a group of 12 of us. The house was clean, modern, and comfortable. The back deck and pool were large enough for all of us to enjoy. The hosts were attentive and were quick to respond with any questions. Would highly recommend to future guests!

A great deal at the price especially with the location. Couldn’t really ask for anything more. Great water pressure and great lighting. The ping pong table is junior size so beware haha. Would rent again.

Dom’s place was a perfect location for our visit with family for the holiday. The house was cozy and had a beautiful view of the bay.

Everything we needed was thoughtfully stocked, and Mei was incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The location was ideal—just a 0.5 of miles from the ocean . What set this stay apart from other Airbnbs was the refreshingly personal touch. Unlike the increasingly corporate feel of many listings, this experience offered genuine hospitality and plenty of privacy. We felt completely at home and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Absolutely perfect in every way—we loved it!

Great weekend getaway for 3 adults. Enjoyed relaxing outside with the TV to watch the game. Great location to the boardwalk. Enjoyed having coffee on the deck looking out over the water.

My family enjoyed Elvira’s place. It was clean and you felt right at home. We liked fishing right on the bay and it was really nice how close to the water it was. Caroline was super nice and responsive too. It was wonderful how they provided everything you could need! We had two little babies so it was a bit too tight of a space for our family, but would love to return without the babies sometime! 😂❤️ the location was also great! We loved how private the home felt and the cute little community it’s in. Thank you so much!

We loved our stay! The place was immaculate! My son is only 14 months so he is alllll over the floors. I felt so at ease knowing he was on a clean floor! Everything was beautifully kept and there were plenty of towels and bedding! The pool was perfect but just a little too cold for my son! We did stay in June so the weather wasn’t very hot yet. The yard was big and very private and my son enjoyed his time outside! I need to be in the area around the same time next year and we are hoping this will be available! Everything was perfect and pristine!

The location was absolutely ideal... just a short walk to both the beach and the bay. Parking was a bit tricky at times, but that’s pretty typical for a beach town. Kendall was very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. We’re already planning to return next year:) My only suggestion would be to consider adding a small TV in one of the bedrooms... since the weather wasn’t great during our visit, it would’ve been a nice indoor option.

The place was fantastic—great location and had everything we needed. We especially loved the hot tub, the kayak deck, and the dock. Everything about it was perfect.

This is a beautiful house with two separate recreational buildings. You could spend a lot of fun time just at the house, but there's also a canal across the road and downtown Princeton just a few minutes away. Loved it!
