We found and booked Sophie's place on very short notice, more precisely, when we were on the train and less then 1/2 h to arrive in Arcachon. Sophie answered my message almost immediately and after clarifying a few details, I booked our 4 nights stay and she prepared everything as fast as possible so we could check in. She was waiting for us and showed us around in the apartment. The apartment is very conveniently located and quite. Supermarket, baker, restaurants, city center, beach and much more are reachable in range of 1-10 minutes walking distance. It's cozy and has everything you need to enjoy your stay, which we did. Sophie is definitively a "super host" Thank you Sophie! We would be happy if we could come back to Arcachon and stay at your place. Wishing you all the best Carlos and Sylvia

The apartment perfectly matched the listing. Nicolas is accommodating and welcoming. Despite the nightlife in the neighborhood, we had no problems and the apartment is well secured.

We had a great time at Nathalie's place. It is well located between the basin and the ocean beaches, quiet, well-equipped and well-decorated, surrounded by a beautiful garden. Very comfortable bedding. Nathalie is a very good source of advice while being very discreet. I would recommend it in a second.

We had a great two weeks in the house! The rooms are spacious and storage is available. The house is large and the outside nice too. We stayed there in early July and the nights were quiet. The pool area is also super nice although the water is still cold at this time of year. We'll be happy to rent the house again if we have a chance!

A very well-located house with two bedrooms and all the amenities you need to travel as a family with a baby and a dog. Small touches were waiting for us when we arrived! We had a lovely stay between walks and swimming at the lake! Bonus: a portable crib and booster seat and baby amenities were available! As well as for pets!We'll be happy to go back!

We were warmly welcomed by Fred and his family and felt very comfortable here from the first moment :-) An ideal place to recover from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. If you love nature and appreciate the proximity to the ocean, this place is highly recommended. The garden is the extension of the sand dune, fenced and protected from view, which we also liked very much. We also felt that the glazed and generously and comfortably furnished garden terrace, which can be closed if necessary, was a great benefit. To linger, there are sunny as well as shady places on the property and the outdoor shower is the icing on the cake :-). All in all, a really nice place for guests who appreciate nature and tranquility, which is why we would love to come back.

We were delighted to enjoy Eric's Landes house a second time. We found this peaceful and relaxing environment that we had enjoyed so much the first time. We really enjoyed being able to meet Eric again, whom we thank for his hospitality.

We had a lovely stay here for 6 days in Fronsac. Very close to lots of beautiful vineyards. Would recommend!

The place is naughty, super clean, functional and very well located. Tastefully decorated and, little more, it smells very good. The environment is quiet and the accommodation is close to all amenities. Nicolas is very nice, welcoming, responsive and accepted that we would come with our dog. A big thank you to him for his kind attention upon arrival. We had a great time and may be back next year. I would recommend it.

Very functional and very quiet apartment. It's very functional. Bus line 15 is 5 minutes away and Saint Jean train station (tram C) is a 15-minute walk. The private parking space is an undeniable asset. And finally, Jerome is a responsive and very friendly host.

The apartment is much more spacious than the pictures show! It has everything you need and is very tidy and comfortable. The host is very friendly and helped us check in easily. I recommend this spot if you are in the area.

the photos speak for themselves!! it matches exactly the reality of them!! Nothing to complain about the accommodation! It's comfortable for a good stay! one small downside, when we were there, there was construction work in front of our accommodation. Otherwise, we can recommend this place for a pleasant stay 😉
