Vacation rentals with beach access in Lac du Bourget

Very good stay at Cathy and Jean-Luc's, clean and well-located apartment. I recommend it!

We spent 5 days at Céline's Airbnb. The apartment has a great location and the view of the lake impressed us every day. The street is noisy, but you get used to it. There are bathing beaches and restaurants within walking distance. The promenade along the lake is perfect for a walk! ☺️ We definitely recommend the place!

Nathalie’s apartment is a real gem! Perfect location in the heart of Annecy. The place looks just like the photos (if anything it is nicer) and it is beautifully decorated. Nathalie was great at providing helpful info before and during our stay. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Great description, such great views from the balcony my neck had a permanent ache with spinning to the lake and then mountains. Lake was 15 minute walk all downhill.

Studio meets expectations for a short stay! Indeed, it is well thought out, well equipped with two outdoor terraces to enjoy the space, especially aperitif/meals and relaxation. Good bedding also noteworthy. Located on the heights of Chanaz, it allows you to easily get to this beautiful village even if a good climb awaits you on the way back (I would say 20-25 minutes of effort). The neighborhood is rather quiet and from there, you can quickly get to all the tourist places around Lake Bourget (beaches, viewpoints, Aix les Bains, Canal de Savières, Abbaye d 'Hautecombe...). Alain is a very attentive host, facilitating the stay as best as possible, very cordial, extremely responsive and unparalleled kindness (He did not hesitate to go up, precisely, from the center to the studio my family). He knows his region perfectly, giving good advice (visits and addresses). I thank her again and recommend her studio.

Alexandre was very flexible in accommodating our late check-in and checkout times. We greatly appreciate it. All instructions were clear TO BE DONE AGAIN

This is not the first time we have been there and it is still great, both the accommodation and the recommendations for activities. A beautiful house with top-notch comfort and impeccable cleanliness Close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Very responsive and pleasant people. I can't wait to get back there.

We had a lovely weekend at Anne-Laure's. The house is great, we loved it! It is beautifully decorated, very well-equipped, the bedding is very good Outdoor spaces are very nice We recommend!!

Very peaceful! Greeted us with smiles and a homemade cake! Full kitchen stocked and available for use. Garden of our dreams! You can feed the chickens and walk through their beautiful garden. We wish we could have stayed longer! Axel spoke English so he was able to give us hiking recommendations and answer any of our questions! Having AC after a long day was very nice. We would come back during the winter just to try out the sauna! Looks so nice. You definitely need a car to get around the neighboring towns but just staying at the house was so nice and a reprieve. Fabienne & Axel - you have a gem of a place! Thank you for having us!

We had a wonderful, quiet weekend with amazing views. The cottage is superb, the exterior also with a hot tub. Meals on the terrace. Everything you need to spend some time away from it all. Thank you

Excellent stay in Annecy! Very well-equipped studio with everything you need. The hosts were very nice and especially available! They were able to adapt to us, because we arrived late on the big day. Regarding the location of the apartment, we were right next to the city center and 5 minutes from the Annecy Animation Film Festival. In short 10/10 thank you again! 🥰

A very well designed apartment. Very functional. Close to Menthon Saint Bernard beach... short walk in the evening with the lake and its changing lights.

Very nice accommodation, well maintained and modern. A large terrace and a jacuzzi area to enjoy a lovely view of the mountains.

Franck and Anne-laure are very welcoming, caring. The apartment is super cool, a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Anne-Laure gave me the good addresses of restaurants and activities to do. The apartment is next to the lake, the small port. It feels good. You can see that the owners are careful. I will recommend these hosts.

A fantastic apartment in a great location, having the parking was a huge benefit. Close enough to walk to the old town and the lake in minutes. Great host.
