"CHEZ GINOU" The house by the lake

Welcome to Ginou's in ''lachanau''. My house is air-conditioned and comfortable. Ideally located near the lake and ocean. Depending on the season: swimming, water sports, walks in the forest, horseback riding, visit to the Médoc castles and also: naps in the sun or half shade, petanque and books available, children's games... what happiness! The house is fenced (parking for 2 vehicles). There is another accommodation but each has a garden and the private spaces are perfectly independent.

A bright living area features a light wooden table paired with soft, cushioned chairs. A small television is set on a low white media console. The space is complemented by a decorative wall shelf, colorful flowers in a vase, and natural light entering through a door.

Friends from all over the world, we are delighted to welcome you to our new and air-conditioned 30 m2 2-room accommodation, located on a small quiet street and not overlooked. Located 600 m from Lake Hourtin, its beach and the city center, our accommodation is also 10 minutes from the ocean. This is a small cozy nest ideal for a couple with or without children, consisting of a 160 bed and a 2-seater sofa bed. Outside, you will enjoy two wooden terraces that are not overlooked.

Modern 88 sqm house with private swimming pool set in fenced garden of 7 ares situated in a quiet cul-de-sac close to the town of Hourtin. Large terrace around pool with garden furniture and BBQ. Satellite TV, DVD, Wi-fi internet. The pool is not heated and usually in use from 1 May until 30 September (for 2024 it will be from 1 May but can, by arrangement be kept open later than 30 September even if chilly). Baby & Pet friendly. All on one level but not suitable for wheelchairs.

Wooden holiday house of 50 m2 with large south-facing terrace partly covered , garden and private parking completed in March 2019. 27 m2 living room, new equipped kitchen, dining area (table 6 guests) ,living room , Satellite TV and WiFi . Two bedrooms ,one with 160*200 beds and the other with two beds of 80*190 convertible into a single 160*190. Large shower(80*120),sink on drawer cabinet, towel dryer. Separate toilet. Ocean-style decor and landscaped garden.

Hourtin Beach/Port, Carcans Beach, Maubuisson, and Lacanau Ocean. The house offers a beautiful bright living room, open to an equipped kitchen. Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a bathroom and two toilets. The 2000 m2 garden is fenced.

Nice little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and are happy to share it with you!
