Chalet vacation rentals in Lac-Brome

very nice experience at the cottage - kids liked it and we had lots of games and puzzles to do on a rainy day. interior stair will be remebered :) saw lots of deer and two wild turkeys every day on the gravel road to keep in mind when driving. ski is few minutes alway with a car. most of the close by restaurants (30min away) open after thursdays, so we were goint at the owls head hotel restaurant- not bad but need reservation on a busy days. overall excelent 5 day ski vacation. kuddos to the owner.

I've read all the previous reviews because I wanted mine to be even more special. I don't have a pen as beautiful as most of these. But all I can tell you is that it was…….PARFAIT!!! The hosts were perfect , the refuge was perfect, the place was perfect, the trails were perfect, the deer was perfect... Thank you Denis and Diane, and see you next year for sure.

We had a super stay! The house is very well laid out and everything was there for us!!

Very serene. It was lovely being surrounded by nature, especially with the sound of the creek nearby; that was very soothing.

This place is as advertised. We immediately felt at ease upon entering the place. It is a cozy European style chalet that is close to skiing and the village. We are already planning a return next winter.

Such a gem! So happy we found this very private spot. It was perfect for our weekend away with our family and our dogs. Home was super cute, VERY clean and truly one of the best Airbnb's we have ever stayed in as far as amenities. There were so many fresh clean towels, paper towels, toilet paper, and TONS of linens like extra blankets (I usually freeze in bed), even basic kitchen supplies. Got to meet the owner briefly and she is a DOLL! If we have the chance to stay in this area again, we would definitely go back! Don't hesitate if you like quiet private surroundings. Oh and the view out the living room window was the icing on the cake! Thank you for a great stay!

The space is cozy and perfect for a nature retreat. Communication was clear and I was easily able to contact Jean-Thomas when I had trouble finding the place (in the middle of a snowstorm, I must say!). The surrounding trails are beautiful and well maintained!

We had a beautiful stay here. Being Muslims, privacy was our priority, and we found the place very suitable and private. Had all basic equipments and necessities. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, as well as the rooms with extra linens and towels. The host was friendly and quick to respond. She had given us all required instructions before our check in by message, which made our check in super easy. The patio had good seating also. With the pool, sauna, and hot tub, we were able to have a great stay Alhamdulillah. The pool was to open from June and we had our stay in the last week of May, and so we requested for pool access and the host was nice enough to let us use it. Would definitely consider coming here again!

The place is beautiful. It preserves a historic building with an extension above. The terrace was superb and had a lake view. Everything was perfect, we would have liked to have more time at the cottage to enjoy it more. I recommend it.

Great stay. House is amazing.

Chalet for 15 people, but expensive for 2 people. Ideal for cyclists because it is well located, direct access to the paved path that leads to Bromont, Waterloo, Magog and Parc de la Yamaska. We will definitely come back and maybe even with the children and grandchildren.

This spot is amazing and we will probably book again next year.

Sophie's chalet worked out very well for our group. We were 9 guys on a golf trip and it was suitable for our needs. Sophie was very responsive when needed. If we go back to Orford I would definitely stay again

We were three families staying here and found the place absolutely fantastic. First, the house is very spacious. Living area, bedrooms and bathrooms are large and accommodating. Everything is super clean. Second, it is well outfitted to serve a large group - there are enough chairs, big dining table, kitchen island and an extra table. There are plenty of dishes, cups and utensils to have a full meal, load the dishwasher and not wait for the cycle to end to have another. This is quite rare, I’ve found out. Third, a lot of thought went into providing things to make your stay comfortable. The owners strive to provide options for different needs. For example, each bedroom has both soft and firm pillows, there are several tv sets throughout the house etc. Mostly, when you think you need something, it’s usually there. We liked tasteful seasonal decor inside, and beautiful surroundings completed the picture . The house is truly special and we had a great time there.

The place was great- comfortable; located perfectly for our needs; clean; and very well maintained. The host also prepared a great binder of information with helpful details of the house and of the local town and surroundings. We’d definitely stay there again.

The perfect spot for a large group of family or friends. Very clean, lots of extras (games, basic food supplies, etc). Great lake access and an awesome deck.

Amazing place just as pictured! The lake is very quiet and the paddle boards were a ton of fun. Great Lake getaway! Even had some walking trails not to far that lead to a local park which was a pleasant surprise!

We used this chalet for a reunion of friends from university and found it perfect for our needs. The house and surroundings were beautiful, surpassing our expectations. It was far from town or restaurants, but the well equipped kitchen allowed us to cook as much as we needed. We loved using the nice deck, jacuzzi, yard, games, and kayaks to enjoy the lake experience. It was enough to keep us entertained and relaxed the whole stay. The host was nearby and very responsive although his preparations ensured we didn’t need much!

Upon arrival, we were won over and amazed by the splendid view of the lake and the tranquility of the place! The cottage was comfortable and very clean. Access was easy and communication with the hosts was simple and efficient. We also enjoyed the flexibility of the check-in and checkout times as well as the thoughtful touch of a welcome gift! Everything was thought out for our comfort, we lacked nothing. 😊 We could walk to the heart of the village of Knowlton in about 30 minutes and access a park in just 15 minutes. (A corridor that runs along the road, making walking, running and cycling accessible and safe). We were also able to enjoy the spectacular sunrises and the pleasure of sailing on board the kayaks made available to us. A big thank you to Sam and Élise! We highly recommend their chalet and will surely return to relive the peaceful magic of the place!

We had a wonderful visit in the Eastern Townships and it was great to stay here. We appreciate everything!

we had the great privilege of using Annie's beautiful property on for a weekend getaway. the pond was beautiful we got to out and kayak we got to see a boat plane take off and all in all it was amazing definitely worth it 10/10
