The cottage flanks the vines with an uninterrupted view over our organic vineyard towards the estuary on the horizon. Relax on the terrace and take in its generous views over the landscape, take a dip in your own private pool, open late May-Sept, or stroll through the vines and woodlands that are both equally abundant in the area.

It is spacious, ideal for families with its floor dedicated to teens. Montendre is a nice little town located sixty kilometers from interesting cities: Bordeaux, Cognac, Angoulême, Saintes, Royan. Montendre has a lake that offers various activities: beach, walks, water sports.

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

Located between Jonzac Thermal Town (15 km), and Montendre (7 km), this house offers accommodation consisting of two bedrooms and a living room (living room/fully equipped kitchen). A dining area awaits you in the shade of the linden tree. You are ideally located between Cognac, Saintes, Royan and Bordeaux. You can get away from it all in our countryside located between land and sea, and discover our heritage along our Charente River.

We welcome you to a former windmill dating from the 18th century, fully restored and located in the heart of the Médoc. It consists of 2 levels and can accommodate 2 people. The mill is located on a wine estate, 15 to 30 minutes from the classified grand crus of St Estèphe, Pauillac, Margaux Close to the ocean beaches of Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac (25 to 40 minutes) Bordeaux is 1 hour away.

We look forward to welcoming you for several nights in this home completely renovated in 2023 with a pool, outdoor terrace, and antique materials. Ideally located between Bordeaux, Saintes and Angoulême. 12 km from the "Les Antilles de Jonzac" water park. 2km from Puyrigaud Castle. Come and enjoy the calm and countryside of Haute Saintonge. Linens and towels are not included in the rental.

Ideal place to recharge your batteries, work on a project, play board games (2 on site), enjoy a person you love or walk in nature (park, forest, vineyard)...
