The stay was very pleasant, the house perfectly matches the description provided in the listing. The area is splendid, although the weather conditions were not favorable for long walks. We will definitely be back when the sun is out. In addition, if you are traveling with your small dogs, a pleasant walk to consider is the chemin du lavoir in Montans, lasting about an hour to an hour and a half, ideal for both dogs and their owners.

Completely as described, you just have to have good legs because Cordes sur Ciel is a very beautiful perched village. And that sometimes you can be parked a little far away, the apartment is spacious, bright and in very good condition, coffee capsule and very nice crunchy snacks on arrival.

Excellent stay! Melanie is a very welcoming, available and responsive host. We stayed in a very nice, clean, comfortable and well-equipped house where you can feel at home. We enjoyed the large fully fenced garden, where our dog was able to safely let off steam. We enjoyed a beautiful view from the terrace, in a peaceful environment. We recommend this listing without hesitation!

We had a truly memorable stay at Karen and Laka’s beautiful home in the peaceful village of Varen, France. The location is ideal for exploring some of the most charming towns in the region - Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val, Najac, Cordes-sur-Ciel, Albi, and more are all within easy reach. The property itself is thoughtfully appointed, with a lovely private patio garden that opens up to a breathtaking meadow. The swimming pool is perfectly positioned to take in sweeping views of the countryside, forest, and even the village church tower - it’s the kind of peaceful backdrop that invites deep relaxation. Karen and Laka are warm, welcoming hosts who instantly make you feel at home. They offered fantastic local tips and recommendations, clearly sharing a strong connection to their community. Their genuine hospitality made the experience feel less like a rental and more like a second home. 10/10 we’d love to return and highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for an authentic French break.

We absolutely loved our stay at Chateaux de Jean. It was a heavenly 4 days on this beautiful estate and the accommodation has everything we needed. It was a dream come true to stay in a chateaux in France.

There are only 5 stars but I would have given 10. What a wonderful stay at Maïté's. The environment, the house, the calm, the total change of scenery is there. And what about our host. Maïté is a caring and welcoming person. Always smiling and always available. The location is ideal. Everything is close by while still being secluded. The house... oh my god! Beautiful and a decor that makes you feel at home from the first step. As for the cleanliness, it is impeccable. Thank you so much Maïté. We had a great time at Charlotte & Laurent’s place. Their kindness and proactively helpful attitude, combined with the forest environment, created a very pleasant feeling across the stay. As part of a former farm, the property is a traditional stone building which has been recently renovated in a nice way, with a lot of thought given to making you feel comfortable and welcome. The house is very clean, well equipped, including a nice terrasse and a functioning wood stove in the living room. The hosts also raise goats, our kids could feed them and we could attend the milking session. The property is located in a beautiful countryside, and a good base for visiting the Sidobre area with all its picturesque rocks. Highly recommended.

Very clean and well-equipped house, tastefully decorated and furnished, small peaceful garden. Very close to the city center and free parking. We would recommend this house without any hassle.

A great place to stay with places to get together and plenty of other places to hang out in smaller groups! Very nice setting in the middle of the fields, clean and neat decoration, impeccable cleanliness, good communication... in short everything was perfect! We came as a group of 24 to celebrate a birthday and we will definitely be back!

We stayed 2 nights at Elsa's for a wedding in the area. The accommodation is perfectly as described, well-equipped and with lots of charm, in a very pleasant and peaceful environment. Elsa was very responsive and available in all our exchanges.

We had a great weekend at Philippe's, it was Fabien who welcomed us, very friendly and accommodating. The accommodation is very clean, new, spacious (we were 11 people) and matches the photos. Great value for the price I recommend it 100%, we'll be back with pleasure, thank you again Fabien 😉
