Beachfront vacation rentals in La Zenia

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

The stay was just perfect! The place was the same as in the photos – super clean, stylishly furnished and lovingly prepared down to the last detail. The hosts were incredibly warm, helpful, and always available if any questions came up. The location was also great: quiet, but still central, so you could reach everything quickly. I felt very comfortable from the first minute and would definitely like to come back. Absolutely recommended!

The apartment is well worth the 5 star rating. The view is amazing, great location for everything and Carlos was on hand for anything that come up. G Would definitely recommend and we will be returning.

I was met by Jelena and was shown the beautiful apartment and underground parking. Everything was well explained and beautifully presented. I felt right at home and really enjoyed my stay. Beautiful surroundings. Close to the beach. The accommodation is nice and cozy. And quiet street, plus point is that there was always parking space in front of the door. The host responds quickly to questions, and is kind. highly recommended.

Fantastic location, views of MarMenor were amazing. We did know the area & had visited San Pedro many times so were very happy to while away hours reading & looking at the fabulous views. Apartment had everything that was needed to have a very relaxing holiday with a massive choice of bars& restaurants on the doorstep .

The cottage is amazing, with every detail, nothing is missing. It's in front of the beach and my dog was delighted.

Super friendly host, always available for questions. Also, leaving in the morning was no problem at all for Maryna. Thank you for the nice welcome. Regarding the accommodation: very clean apartment, corresponds completely to the description and the photos. Everything was provided; kitchen items to beach towels. Underground parking garage was a luxury, car was safe. Very beautiful swimming pools and beautiful location. Several grocery stores and beaches nearby. Also plenty of restaurants nearby, Asia Kitchen is well worth a try. In addition to the apartment, there are still construction works, but we have not noticed anything about this. We will definitely come back!

Kata's home is beautiful and has absolutely everything you could need - from gorgeous beach towels and sun shades, to cling film and tupperware for picnics. The balcony, terrace and pool were icing on a very delicious cake, as was the welcome bottle of wine and water! Lots of restaurants nearby, but shout out to Heal.thy in Torrevieja. The chef comes from a Michelin-starred restaurant so you get amazing flavours without Michelin prices. We have to say a special thank you to co-host Eve, who picked us up from the airport and arranged for another lovely lady to take us back. She was so helpful with any queries we had and messaging her was more like chatting to a good friend! We'll definitely be back (and stay longer next time!).

10/10. Great place to stay. Everything you need for a self catering holiday Pool bar with snacks. Bars and restaurants within 10 steps. Apartment located at the back over looking pool. Very quiet at night, especially clean all amenities you need. Couldn’t fault it highly recommend. Steph responded within 10 minutes with our queries while there. Thank you Steph. The apartment is as shown in the photos — impeccable, well equipped, located in a quiet area with shops nearby, and the heated pool was the pastel cherry. We had an amazing time.

Very beautiful. Looked better than in pictures. Pools were vey close to an apartment. One of the pools were heated. Coffee, pool accessories and toys for children and other useful things were available. Very friendly communication.

We spent awesome time, apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable! Balconies are cute. Place on the rooftop is very nice addition. Place is close to restaurants and bakery. A beautiful apartment with everything in walking distance. If you have a car, you have to take into account difficult parking. Parking garage is a 10-minute walk away.

We had an amazing stay at Natalia’s place and can’t recommend it enough! She was warm, caring, and went above and beyond—even driving us to the bus station because we had so much luggage. We originally booked 6 nights but loved it so much we extended for 4 more. The apartment was beautiful, super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. It was peaceful, relaxing, and felt like home. Natalia’s communication was always quick and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and the Consum supermarket. If you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a truly wonderful host, this is the perfect place. Thank you, Natalia—we’ll definitely be back!

The stay was magnificent. The views from the apartment are incredible, sitting on the balcony or in the armchair and watching the sunrise and the sea throughout the day is simply fantastic. The apartment has everything you need for comfort and all the details are covered. An amazing stay that I will repeat soon. Mercedes is always attentive and kind with any questions or requests. A homely apartment close to all amenities. Comfortable beds and sofa. Nice large balcony with morning sun. Well equipped with everything you need in kitchen. Andrew was very helpfull, as was Michelle. We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely book again.

The place was grate.. It must bee one of the best Airbnb to rant,, All was perfekt .. We will rent this place next time we goes south of Spain.. Thanks for having us..

Rudolf’s apartment was very beautiful and very peaceful. Great location and so close to the beach. Lovely restaurants near by. Rudolf kept in touch to make sure everything was okay for us. Inna was waiting for us to let us in and explain everything. Thank you 😊
