The apartment is located in a private residential area. A bathroom, a bedroom and a common space with a sofa bed, all equipped for our guests. It is fully accessible, without steps. The decoration is minimalist with a cozy touch, inspired by the island culture. It is very bright, with natural light in all parts of the house during the day. The great star of our apartment is undoubtedly the 100m2 terrace, which is very bright. The perfect space to remote work.

Very quiet area, a shopping mall right across the street with restaurants and a supermarket open 7 days a week. La Tejita beach is 500 meters away, and there is a park with swings for the kids and to take a nice walk. Both my hostess Betty and I will be happy to assist you with anything you may need during your stay.
