Vacation rentals with a fireplace in La Seyne-sur-Mer

We stayed for a week in April. Very good bedding and very clean cleaning. The beach is accessible on foot as well as Les Halles where there are good products. The house is close to a busy road, the main one but far enough away not to be immediately dangerous for children. The outside is pleasant thanks to the plancha and sunbed equipment.

Denis and his wife are extremely friendly and attentive hosts. The house is perfectly located close to the beach, there are even sandals/water gear for children on site. The A/C was an absolute win and works great. The monitored beach is easily accessible by stairs or via a beach path. The area is suitable for water sports enthusiasts, we were able to go snorkeling and use the stand up paddle. There is plenty to do in the area, about boat trips, a climbing park(from 80 cm possible!) to many small beautiful places, with markets. It was a wonderful holiday.

A house full of charm with a swimming pool in very good condition and a peaceful and tranquil environment. We had a good relaxing week with family. A big thank you to Eric for trust and responsiveness and to Laura for the welcome and availability.

Great accommodation for sharing family moments out of season in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Very nice view of the sea from the terrace. Well-decorated apartment. Parking spaces more on the port, not really in the street, but only 3 min walk. An electric vehicle charging station on the port 8 min walk.

This is our second time staying here and Philip is a wonderful host. The place is beautiful and we will be back next year.

Emmanuelle was a very good host. She took care of everything, gave tips, was very friendly and got back to us quickly. We really enjoyed the house. Especially the outdoor area with pool, BBQ and various seating areas is excellent. You should only protect yourself from the mosquitoes. The amenities also fully meet expectations. The kitchen has everything you need. We definitely recommend Emmanuelle's place.

We stayed for 14 nights at Jean-Pascal and his wife's home. They were very discreet and extremely kind. They gave us a lot of sightseeing tips which made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment is even better than in the pictures. A real Air BnB as we love them. Fully equipped, the fridge is very large, the bed is very comfortable, the terrace is great. Only the washing machine is not in the apartment, which can be a little inconvenient for people who want to access it directly. However, we were able to do laundry without a problem, via Jean-Pascal. There is no dedicated parking space but there is a large parking lot next to the house and we have always found a spot. There are many small streets also where you can park. Everything was great, we felt right at home. Thank you so much for this holiday

Great stay! We enjoyed a weekend in this apartment and everything was perfect. Very responsive and really very accommodating host. Perfect communication and apartment as described. You can't dream better in terms of location, you just have to cross the road and we are at the sea. The garage is a real plus! This is the second time I've come and I'm still happy with my stay thank 🤗 you so much! I would definitely stay again. 😊

Well located. Within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Great view of the beach from the balcony. Very comfortable and clean. Would recommend staying at this apartment.

Laura’s place is great. Kitchen is well equipped and space larger than expected. We loved the terrace. Also few minutes walk into the port and nice and quiet. Merci Laura for a wonderful stay.

We had a great weekend at Marina's place. The apartment could not be better located (pretty square in the center of the old town, small shops and stores nearby, magnificent view a stone's throw away in the heights as well as a very beautiful garden with floors also a few hundred meters away, excellent restaurants) or better arranged. Tastefully and simply decorated, this home makes you feel right at home. Instructions are available in a welcome booklet for using the devices without problems and indicating possible visits to make in the area. This allowed us to discover or at least make us want to discover more Hyères, its islands and its surroundings.

We were so happy to have 3 days at Guys place ....it is perfectly positioned just a few steps from the harbour and fantastic bars and restaurants an easy walk away...I loved sitting in the window with coffee every.morning watching the port come to life and the birds swooping backwards and forwards.Highly reccomend- a special place.

We booked last minute and we did well. Sarah and Guillaume are super responsive and give good advice. The apartment is perfect. Thank you again. ☺️

Perfect home for a family reunion. Very functional and well laid out, nothing is missing! It is close to everything on foot, beach, port, restaurants, shops are at the end of the street... The terrace and pool are real pluses to feel on vacation and at home at the same time in a peaceful environment although in the city center. Excellent rental that I would highly recommend, thank you for hosting us, we'll be back with pleasure.

Great extended weekend with friends at Thierry's, who was welcoming and caring (small welcome gifts... proactive on exchanges... flexible on schedules...). The house is as shown in the photos, a haven of peace in the city center... everything nearby including the beach!! All the amenities are there... it's like home!! The air conditioning is only on the second floor, the fans are effective for the other bedrooms. We were 7 adults. We highly recommend it.

The house is absolutely gorgeous, great for a group or family. Althought it was already mid October, the pool was still open and clean and usable. The size of the rooms, the furniture, the location and the feel of the house is all really perfect. We had a wonderful holiday and will definitely come back. Thanks for such a great service!
