Very nice apartment, very well located with a spectacular beach view, the terrace is very spacious. the apartment was clean upon arrival and with toiletries available.

This is a wonderful place, actually much nicer in person than in the photos. You can hear the waves on the beach. This area has incredibly nice weather, pleasant during the day and cool at night. Great restaurants and activities right there. Fantastic churro kiosk across the street. Will stay there again

The house is very comfortable and is as shown in the images. The environment is very quiet, perfect for those who want to disconnect, the host was always available to answer our questions and provide help. They must be clear that it is necessary to move to Coquimbo, Totoralillo, Guanaqueros, Tongoy or Serena to find a beach. Transfers between 5 to 15 minutes depending on the traffic

We loved our stay at Maximiliano's place, he's an excellent host. Fast and smooth communication, very concerned about us. Our arrival was on the day of the blackout and he tried to communicate with me as best he could so that we would be calm about the arrival from the airport to his house. We needed a couple of utensils and he got them for us. We were super happy and enjoyed our stay at their home. Very quiet area, with very complete mini-markets around. The house is about 5 minutes from the beach. As a tip to keep the house tidy and clean: the garbage truck comes by on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. We hope to return :)

I was very satisfied in this apartment of María Luisa! She is a very friendly host who is always attentive, she left me some gifts to welcome me and recommended good activities, one that I enjoyed a lot. The apartment is very well equipped (with quality furniture) and was super clean. In addition, it is very well located, in the middle of Avenida del Mar. Communication with Jaime was very good, always willing to help. The information was very clear from the start. The only thing I would recommend (to improve) would be to change the curtains and install blackout ones, since at night the rooms were very bright because the apartment is on the first floor, and the lights of the condominium next door bothered you when you were sleeping. It will definitely be our first choice when we want to visit La Serena again. Thank you!

The apartment is new, very cozy and well equipped. The host provides all the necessary information and is available to answer any questions. It is in a good location, especially if you are traveling by car. The place is recommended without any hesitation.
