Large independent T1 on the ground floor in a house with enclosed inner courtyard in the center of the village and 50 m from the thermal baths of Challes Les Eaux. Very quiet residential area. Facilities for a pleasant stay for two people and/or young child. 25 minutes from the resort of La Feclaz (cross-country skiing, snowshoeing) and 40 minutes from Margeriaz ( ski touring, sleigh dog...). All shops and a cinema nearby as well as bus lines to Chambéry in 15 minutes .

We welcome you in an independent furnished studio of 23 m², furnished in our tastefully renovated farmhouse. It is located on a green hill 2 steps from Chambéry, in a quiet environment. Our region is ideal for skiing (trail and cross-country 19 km away), walks, swimming in summer, relaxation and visits : historic city and Chambéry castle, bike paths, beaches of Lac du Bourget, visit Annecy and its lake, Parc de la Vanoise, Bauges mountains ... Ideal house for a family with 1 master bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 children's beds (not suitable for adults). Located between the Bauges and Chartreuse mountains, you can discover the region and Chambéry. In summer, you will be a maximum of 30 minutes by car from the lakes: Bourget, Aiguebelette, La Thuile, St André, but also hiking trails. In winter, you will be a 30 min drive to the ski slopes of the family resorts of La Féclaz, Margériaz or Col du Granier.
