we had a really good stay here. location is excellent - short walk to either town , or Planards where the (little) kids were for ski school, yet away from the main road. The Apartment was clean, smart and comfortable. Checkin instructions were clear and timely and they were quick to respond to any questions we had during the week. Would certainly stay again!

Very clean and good location apartment. We were able to do what we wanted on foot. The accommodation was in a nice environment and close to everything.

Very good stay at Roberta's, large garden for dogs with direct access to the lake. Cozy place, it almost feels like home. Roberta very friendly and very available as needed. Proximity to the center of Annecy is a great plus I recommend it!

The apartment was very clean, nice, bright and very well-equipped. Communication with Ugo is easy and responsive. Recommended!

It was a wonderful stay again. Edo is a perfect host. The apartment was beautiful. Very cozy and rustic furnishings. Every morning you can enjoy a beautiful view of Mont Blanc by opening the window. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom with hairdryer beautiful. Shopping is within walking distance. Great restaurants (even in the low season) within walking distance. The location is really great, right in the center and yet pure tranquility. A large private parking space belongs to the apartment. We enjoyed it!

We spent 3 days in this very nice little studio with a view of Lake Bourget from above. Claude was very welcoming and gave good advice on things to do around the studio. The area is super nice (accessible by car, on foot or by bike) - 30 minutes from the lake on foot. The terrace is a real plus in the studio to spend time in peace and shade in the afternoon☀️ Lots of hikes to do, activities and unusual places to discover nearby, a panel of flyers awaits you at the studio to discover them! We had a pleasant stay at Sylvie's! The accommodation is quiet, in a peaceful location. The terrace is superb overlooking the mountains. Comfortable and spacious accommodation, clean, very well-equipped. Comfortable beds. Sylvie is very welcoming, flexible schedules. We will be back with pleasure if we are visiting the area.

Charming French country home. A distance from Old Annecy, but still walkable (20 minutes). Thoughtful amenities, including plenty of bikes for a family! Very warm host (welcome apple pie) and helpful with suggestions about local restaurants and cafés. All in all, a rather amazing stay!

Thank you Anne-Valerie for your warm welcome. My friends and I had an amazing weekend. The setting, the swimming pool, the tranquility… everything was there. A real moment suspended in time, a happy interlude for all of us. It was with reluctance that we handed you the keys 😉 I would recommend this place to stay without a second thought!

Top house, we loved our stay at Eloïse's. As described. We were welcomed by Malo (the cat) very sociable and pleasant! The house was spotless, very clean! The budget is substantial but the house offers a number of beds and all kinds of activities to occupy young and old!

We'll be happy to come back to Pascal's place. It was clean, functional and as described. The only downside, which wasn't for my husband, is the road to get to the accommodation. These are mountain roads and being sick in the car, I'm not a fan. But the view makes you forget everything. I highly recommend this listing! In addition, Pascal is a friendly and responsive host.

Cozy cottage, mountain spirit assured with breathtaking views of Mont Blanc, it lacked nothing.t. all. We were greeted with a beautiful Christmas tree, accompanied by small gifts. The cottage was well heated, clean, impeccable bedding, bathroom the same, open kitchen, functional, well-equipped. I would recommend this cottage located in a charming little village. Thanks to the owner.

I stayed with 2 children at Valentino's house for 2 nights The house is beautiful. Much nicer than the photos. As soon as you enter, you are pleasantly impressed by the scent of clean, tidiness, and cleanliness The house is very spacious , bright, super equipped, quiet, with all comforts for a stay even of several days and a great view Valentino was an attentive, caring and very kind host We'll keep this place in mind for the future The kids reluctantly left this little house and had so much fun The place also has several super-equipped playgrounds nearby, markets, cafes, restaurants, in short, and in a good location despite not being in the Town center but this makes it unique

Yvette and Vincent welcomed us warmly, are very pleasant, full of small touches and good advice. The accommodation is as described, comfortable, practical, very well arranged, very clean and very quiet, surrounded by nature. The views are beautiful. It is in a very good location for various destinations and hikes. We'll be happy to go back.

Wrong directions from my GPS, fortunately Jany the owner guided us by phone. Great hosting. Pleasant house and large fenced garden where we had the pleasure of having two small hedgehogs. Our dog (2 year old Staffie) loved the grounds. A forest on the back of the house and a sparsely busy road. A great view of the area at the end of a hike from the village church. Medieval city 15 minutes by car. In short, very satisfied with this stay and this house. Thanks to Geo and Jany.

Warm and friendly welcome. The Savoyard barn is a little piece of heaven to relax. Very endearing family, it was perfect thank you very much!

Very nice accommodation in a very good location. The setting was beautiful. We had a great stay. Very well equipped accommodation.

2 night stay: I recommend Alain's studio, very bright, beautiful mountain view and also on the overhead parking, large studio with all the essentials (bed linen, coffee, internet). Bonus: a closed garage in the basement, for a small vehicle such as a 208. Located in the city center, everything is within walking distance. The only downside is that the residence is built on a slope, so the ground floor is not the ground floor but the minus 1, so to find your way from the basement to the exit is complicated. I did not meet Alain (independent check-in) but as soon as I had a question, he responded very quickly by SMS or call.

We had a great time at Marie-Agnès's place. The place was very clean, impeccable bathroom. The location is ideal and very close to the various stations of the Espace Diamant. Very quiet residence and big plus for the balcony. Very small reservation about the lack of paper towels (roll already well started) and toilet paper, a roll and a half for 1 week is a bit tight. But nothing serious I recommend it!

Great place. 10 min walk to gondola or 1 min walk to free shuttle to gondola if choose to wear ski boots. Very close to small grocery store and restaurants. Went for ski trip. Rented locker in Méribel to store all ski equipment and took the gondola 20-30 mins each morning. Beautiful scenery with trees and streams. Will stay at again.

Great stay at Maryline's! The accommodation was perfectly as described, clean, comfortable and in a good location. The welcome was warm and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this place and I will not hesitate to return on my next visit to Aix-les-Bains.
