A refuge a few steps from the sea. A strategic location, a quiet environment, close to downtown, the terminal and services, 300 meters from the beach. Ideal for couples or friends looking for comfort. The house is very well equipped and complete, it has comfortable spaces, a garden with greenery, umbrellas and sun loungers in the patio, balconies with ocean views, ideal for having a good time all year round, regardless of the weather, there is a stove and air conditioning. It shares land with another house with separate patios and spaces.

The house has a living room, an integrated kitchen, and a full bathroom on the ground floor. In PA, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, with access to the deck seen in the photo, and another with a single bed and two armchair beds. The living room armchair can also be converted into a bed. Outdoor grill. Enjoy!

Onda Mar is located within the closed district Casas de Playa de La Pedrera , a very quiet place in front of the sea and very close to the centrito . It features security, tennis court, and direct and private access to El Barco beach. It is elevated 4 m above ground level which allows to have an excellent view of the neighborhood and the sea but is not recommended for young children. Built in two modules , one social area plus master bedroom and the other 2 rooms plus bathroom

Each house is independent and has a private outdoor space. They are all bright and cozy. WIFI, towels and sheets are included. Each unit has an alarm. Direct TV has an extra cost in low season, in high season it is included. No parties, loud music, or pets allowed.

La Naranja is 10 blocks from Playa del Barco, access by neighborhood road, or from the main street to the beach "El Desplayado" It is just 2 blocks from the main street where there is a supermarket and greengrocer. Steps away from bus stops, which makes getting around and to the surrounding beaches easy. The space is a studio apartment without WiFi.
