Perfecta ubicación, a media cuadra de la playa y dos de la principal. Una vista realmente hermosa. El lugar es incluso más grande de lo que se ve en fotos, cómodo, limpio y completo. La anfitriona muy amable y dispuesta ayudar. De lo mejor que hay para quedarse en La Pedrera.

Hermosa casa frente al mar, bien como para estar en temporada de verano, no así cuando llueve, ya que por la ventana del frente entra agua y también por una de las luces de la cocina, tuvimos que colocar un balde. Estaría bueno solucionar ese problema de filtración para que la estancia sea perfecta.

Superó las expectativas!! HERMOSAS vistas al mar, cómodo con todo lo necesario y más, cocina bien equipada y todo funcionando bien. Ducha, cama y sofá de 10. Antonio muy amable y Juan, el sr que hizo checkin-out, también, gente amigable y con la mejor disposición para que disfrutes. Zona tranquila, a pasos del mar. Volveríamos sin dudas.

Juan fue muy amable y atento a todo y predispuesto a resolver cualquier problema, la casa es muy linda y amplia en un lugar increíble literalmente pegado al mar, recomiendo .

Encontramos nuestro lugar en el mundo en el depto de Facundo: está ubicado sobre línea de playa en La Balconada, los amaneceres y atardeceres que ingresaban a nuestro el living comedor fueron inolvidables. Vajilla y ropa de cama 10, limpieza 10 en fin..... Ahh, y tiene reposeras y sombrilla , que más!!! LO RECOMENDAMOS Y VOLVEREMOS A SER FELICES ALLI.
