Very nice place, private, safe, cool and very well-equipped! Unfortunately we didn't see raccoons, but the place was beautiful!! My family appreciates it and we'll be back soon!!

Big spacious house with a great pool, spent most of my time in the pool. Backyard has direct access to the beach. Many restaurant options nearby to choose from and also could get food delivered to you.

Very nice ranch, With most things you need for a stay, Good communication with the host, super spacious house and the 4 very comfortable rooms.

Claudia’s Mar de Sirenas is fantastic. What you see in the pictures is what you get and more. One feature unknown to us are the two ramps, from the pool area into the house, they were easy to navigate by a couple of our travelers using walkers. Another was the full bathroom by the pool! We stayed 6 days and had a great time. We spent most of our time by the pool and had our meals at the ‘casa de vidrio’ with views to the beach and the pool. Our family gathered around the large dinning table while enjoying meals prepared by Veronica. Her Salvadoran breakfast is delicious. Do yourself a favor and hire her and her husband Luis so they can spoil you. You’ll appreciate him setting up the canopy and beach chairs right on the sand where you can relax and watch the sunset. A wonderful experience! The place is beautiful, surrounded by a tranquility that you feel from the moment you arrive. The common areas were impeccable and the rooms were very clean and well cared for, which made us feel very comfortable throughout the stay. You can tell that every detail has been carefully thought out to ensure that guests enjoy a relaxing and harmonious atmosphere. Definitely a place we'd love to return to. Highly recommended!

Jorge went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay! He offered different services such as fishing, boat trips and prepared meals. He provided the best experience and his house is beautiful, modern and squeaky clean. The house is across the street from beach entrance but it’s just a few steps away. I would highly recommend and stay again!

Hector’s place was very nice! The on-site staff were very friendly and responsive to our requests. They stayed up to open the gates when we had an after midnight arrival at the airport. The kitchen did have some ants but the staff immediately came to spray when we notified them. The staff were very helpful and even chopped coconuts for us which was great! The pool and garden area were just as advertised and the beach felt like our own private beach! The lack of hot water wasn’t too bad as it was fairly hot during our stay so I would not let that deter you from booking this wonderful place! We are already talking about coming back! There is a grocery store a few KM up the road which allowed us to restock on water and other supplies. Safe and delightful stay!

This was a wonderful stay in El Salvador! The house was clean, exactly as described, and located within a gated community inside a gated neighborhood — you’ll feel extremely safe. The location is perfect, offering beautiful beach access and the chance to immerse yourself in the vibrant culture, people, and language. A couple of helpful tips for future travelers: While there are traditional open-air restaurants within walking distance, grocery store options nearby are very limited. I recommend stopping at a grocery store beforehand to pick up any food, drinks, or personal comforts you might want, so you can fully relax once you arrive — trust me, you’ll want to! Also, note that blankets and comforters aren’t provided, so if you prefer having one for a cozy night's sleep, it’s something to plan for. Overall, the house and the staff were amazing — very welcoming and helpful! I would absolutely recommend this stay.

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much, the pool was great and the beach was walking distance. William the caretaker was super helpful and super responsive. Thank you to Omar for making our visit worth while!

Pablo and his family were very attentive and friendly. Anything we needed they were there to assist, and checking to make sure we were ok. Beautiful Beach house with private beach access. Will definitely recommend.

A very complete place for a short stay. They have everything you need from kitchen utensils to towels for all guests. Beach access is a 5 minute walk and the beach is very quiet, few people and very clean. Mirna was attentive to answering all our questions before booking the place. I recommend it 100%

We enjoyed our stay at Roberto's house. It was very easy to find off the main road. We especially loved the gardens and greenery surrounding the home. The hammocks and open spaces are great for groups and it never feels crowded. The entire home is well taken care of and the caretakers are very attentive and available in case of any questions. We were not able to spend a lot of time in the ocean because of strong currents, but were able to enjoy the view on the terrace in the back of the property and had a great time in the pool.

We loved the house! it was clean, it had everything you need in the kitchen and the entire house has A/C, WiFi, a garage with a clicker, and a washer for those who are visiting for a lot longer!!! I would stay here again in a heattbeat when visiting family! Vanessa was very responsive to my questions and very nice. The only inconvenience was towels are not included which could be inconvenient if youre traveling without family nearby. Thankfully, Vanessa was able to accommodate, since we didn't travel with any. I can't recommend this house enough. Thank you, Vanessa, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

The house is spacious and well-kept. There are plenty of spaces to sit and relax. Getting to the place is very easy, paved roads, all the way. Looking forward to go back soon.
