Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in La Part-Dieu, Lyon

The location of this place is fantastic. The cleanliness and comfort was wonderful. The building common areas are not very welcoming and the stairs are steep and difficult to maneuver with luggage, but once you enter the apartment, it is an oasis. Alix is very responsive and a very good host.

Great apartment. We appreciated the private parking and the balcony with the view on Lyon. Will come back.

We really enjoyed our stay in Lyon at this space, recently renovated and very comfortable to relax in after a long day exploring. Very easy walk from the Perrache train station, and also going back and forth during our visit so close to the Ampere Metro station. The space itself has great proximity and an easy walk to so many neighborhoods in Lyon, and was very comfortable for two adults staying for a few days. Europe can get warm in the summer and while this apartment does not have air conditioning, fans were provided and we slept with the windows open mostly. During the weekends, some noise can be heard from passers-by below, but we were comfortable and it was expected. We really appreciated having accessible and easy to use washer/dryer and iron too. Would definitely love to visit again, Laura & Ed were gracious hosts!

We enjoyed our stay ! Apartment is very well located in a quiet but strategically located area, so important for us. Rhone river and its markets are just 3-5 minute walk. City center is 15-20 minute walk or short subway or tram rides. The stops are nearby the apt. The space was very clean and had the dining utensils needed. Though we did not use, the kitchen appeared to have lots of cooking utensils , in case you plan to cook. Groceries are within walking distance as well. Adding this to our list of airbnbs for future travels !

It's always nice to come and stay a few days in this apartment. I'm fine and it has everything I need. Spacious apartment. Quiet neighborhood. I would resell :)

We had a great time at Marine's place! She wasn't there but guided us perfectly to pick up the keys to the place, we were able to arrive at the time we wanted and it was very appreciable. The apartment is cozy, very clean, with all the necessary amenities. Mention +++ for Lola's toys that our daughter particularly enjoyed 😊 The accommodation is perfectly located, in a secure residence, Les Halles de Paul Bocuse is a 2 min walk, the Vieux Lyon district is easily accessible, Parc de la Tête d'Or is also a 20 min walk… it is a prime location for visiting Lyon! Great flat in super convenient area. Modern and luxurious. I loved the automatic blinds in living room and bedroom. My only problem was at check in where I could not open the door where the keys are located and I had to bother the neighbor for help. We had to open the door with a knife. I’m sure Charles will get this problem fixed because he s a good host, even though he is not always on site.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in Lyon. The flat was perfect for a short city break and the host was very friendly and helpful. Very helpful suggestions for things to do and we loved the park and zoo near by. Also visited old town, and the balery and pizza take away across the road. I would fully recommend her lovely place.

Quaint, quiet, comfortable. Everything you need is available on foot. Great restaurants and hidden gems nearby. Love that it’s close to the urban park and metro/train. Pull out bed was easy to use and was handy to have a washing machine as we happened to come during a heat wave! Recommend if you’re looking for something quiet and convenient. Perfect for one or a couple.

We loved the place and the magnificent view, the brightness of the accommodation and I would classify it as atypical accommodation. and the kindness of the couple and this warm welcome.

We loved the place- very chic, perfect for a group trip, really spacious kitchen and living area and outdoor table for dining which we loved. Really enjoyed the location being able to walk to bakery, supermarket and hire boats along the river.

Amazing, we highly recommend! The setting/view is just beautiful, the accommodation impeccable, the decoration is neat and tasteful, the bedding is perfect. The accommodation, although next to the farmhouse, offers pleasant privacy. We rented this place as part of a training course with 8 participants. Unmatched price compared to hotels and the value for money and services offered are much higher. The training room in the accommodation was what made us choose this place, it was perfect. Everyone had their own room and could retreat to work in peace while others enjoyed the backyard. Very well equipped accommodation in terms of bathrooms (5 for the whole accommodation and there are some on every floor), bathrooms in all rooms, 2 fridges and 2 coffee machines. We didn't step on each other's toes, but we were able to have a great time together instead of being alone in our hotel rooms. Our host (who we unfortunately did not have the pleasure of meeting) was always available to answer our questions and is very helpful. I highly recommend this listing and its host.

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, quiet and clean house. The garden and the terrace were such a delight. Being 5 min from the city centre (by bus that just stopped outside) with a view over Lyon and the Alps and Mt. Blanc, and experiencing the quietness of the countryside with hens in the garden is something not to be missed. We had fresh eggs every morning! The hosts, Sam and Louis, are wonderful and professional in every respect. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cheese, charcuterie and wine after being shown around the house, which is beautifully furnished with a high-tech kitchen, sound system and electrical shutters. The house can be extended to the terrace with large sliding doors. At the end of our week, the hosts gave us a ride to the train station (Perrace). This house is an absolute jewel, and I recommend it highly. I will definitely choose Sam and Louis as hosts next time I go to Lyon!

Very good stay with Hélène. The apartment was big enough for 2 people and very bright. Everything is clearly stated and simple. Hélène is very responsive to messages. It was perfect!

Martini’s place was perfect for us. Easy to get to by public transport from Lyon Part-Dieu. Martinez’s rep Tina was lovely and came to rescue us when we accidentally went to the wrong building. The apartment was lovely and we ate there each night. We appreciated the washing machine and clothes rack so even though there was a dryer we didn’t need it. Martine was prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommended. Thank you Martine and Tina!

Alexis apartment was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our 4 day stay. Easy to access the Perrache station and all the sites in Lyon. We were especially close to Brasserie Georges which was quite an experience and also visited the Museum of Deportation and the French Resistance which was very interesting. A great and enjoyable stay.

Delphine was so kind, she always answered in a matter of minutes. The appartment was super clean, the appliances were all very new and of good quality. What surprised me the most was how confortable de bed was, even better than some hotels. The appartment is very centre ville, literally two minute walk to bus, metro and bike station. You do have to be attentive to the water heater though as it has some system that heats just enough for two adults who shower fairly quickly. Nothing that bothered me too much though.

Great accommodation, very clean, spacious and ideal for a stay with family or a group. Peaceful neighborhood and located right next to the Rhône :) Marie is very nice and was very accommodating, allowing us to arrive earlier than expected. Thank you!
