Vacation rentals with a fireplace in La Part-Dieu, Lyon

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, quiet and clean house. The garden and the terrace were such a delight. Being 5 min from the city centre (by bus that just stopped outside) with a view over Lyon and the Alps and Mt. Blanc, and experiencing the quietness of the countryside with hens in the garden is something not to be missed. We had fresh eggs every morning! The hosts, Sam and Louis, are wonderful and professional in every respect. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cheese, charcuterie and wine after being shown around the house, which is beautifully furnished with a high-tech kitchen, sound system and electrical shutters. The house can be extended to the terrace with large sliding doors. At the end of our week, the hosts gave us a ride to the train station (Perrace). This house is an absolute jewel, and I recommend it highly. I will definitely choose Sam and Louis as hosts next time I go to Lyon!

great and spacious house, quiet close to town.

Really comfortable house with lots of facilities. The pool was excellent and very clean. Barbecue and bread oven were good options in the garden. Nice sitting out area with fridge and ice maker .Walkable to two shopping areas with everything needed Including a good Sunday food market in Genas We managed without a car . Trip into the centre of Lyon took an hour via bus,tram and metro. The airport is only 10 minutes by taxi. Four double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms/ showers We were 5 adults and one child , ideal for 4 couples. Dining areas in kitchen , in the living area and also outside so lots of options. It is a family home but plenty of space for visitors belongings. Would highly recommend. Quite area , fields behind the house which give it a country feel despite the handiness of “town “shopping and transport links

We had a pleasant stay. Very functional accommodation with a lot of kitchen equipment and consistent with the photos, tastefully decorated. The setting is quiet. I would 100% recommend!

The house is beautiful, our kids loved playing in the pool. We spent a very nice relaxing weekend in Ecully. Many thanks to Karine and team for welcoming us.

This location was peaceful, outside the city, and on convenient bus lines. We had a car because we had two children under 2 and that gave us flexibility, but loved the public transportation. The pool was clean and we used it a bit but weather was still a bit cool in late May. The outside eating table was fun and we also had a covered eating and cooking area which we used in the rain but didn’t cooking because we were home too late most evenings.

Florence and Michel's AirBnB is in an excellent location. The 6th arrondissement is beautiful and so many things are nearby. The Parc de la Tête D'or, the largest urban park in Europe, is 4 short blocks away and is absolutely magnificent. Franklin Roosevelt Ave is only 2 blocks away and has lots of boulangeries, patisseries, and stores. Les Halles de Paul Bocuse is a 12 minute walk and the Saturday and Sunday farmer's market along Le Saône is a 17 minute walk away and well worth it for the variety of vegetables, cheese stands, and other specialty artisan-crafted food items. The apartment's kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked with excellent pots and pans and cooking and baking utensils, and a high-end oven. Easy to make meals there. No elevator in the apartment building but the steps to the 3rd floor (about 61 steps) provide good exercise every day to help walk off the extraordinary food one finds in Lyon.

Great location, easy access to public transportation. Very clean and nicely decorated space. Had all the amentities that we needed. Host was very responsive. Would recommend.

We had a great time at Nicolas's home. It was a peaceful oasis while we explored Lyon. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was easy to walk to everything, including the Basilica of Notre-Dame de Fourviére and the beautiful Parc de la Tete d'Or. Nicolas was always responsive to our questions and gave clear instructions for arrival and departure. The 6 flights of stairs did give us some extra exercise, but the apartment space was worth the climb. There was a fair bit of street noise at night, but that may have been because of the stunning May weather that kept people out late at night

Lyon would not have been the same experience without this flat. The views, open floor plan and exquisite style made me lazy to leave in the morning. top notch location. close to everything you need. Perfect stay in Lyon. The apartment is central, within walking distance of all amenities and must do in Lyon. It is well-equipped, the bedding is good and there is everything you need (even more!...) to make you feel at home. Johan is very responsive. Thank you so much

A memorable stay, both in terms of the quality of the welcome and the apartment itself. Perfectly equipped, spacious and tastefully decorated, it offers all the comforts you need for a successful stay. Its ideal location, close to transport and sites of interest, makes it a perfect base for exploring Lyon. The housekeeper is warm and attentive, she was able to make our experience even more enjoyable thanks to her little touches. A place that we recommend without hesitation and where we'll be happy to come back!

We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment. It is spacious, tastefully decorated and fully equipped. Aline and Stéphane's little touches and the quality of the communication also made all the difference! Apart from one of the rooms overlooking restaurant terraces and therefore a little noisy in the evening, we found no drawbacks and recommend this accommodation to those who want to spend a few days in the heart of Lyon, close to shops and restaurants and the pretty Tête d'Or park.

We are delighted with our stay: very nice and very well-equipped house, with a magnificent view, beautiful sunsets and a beautiful brand new pool. The house matches the photos and description given, and our stay really met our expectations. We also very much appreciated the location, both very close to the center of Lyon but in a quiet and green setting, very relaxing and exotic for the holidays, with beautiful walks to do in the area. The welcome from Marion's parents upon our arrival was very friendly and warm, as was the contacts with Marion and Renaud, especially when we left. Thank you for the very kind attention upon our arrival and for your help and availability much appreciated during the stay and even after our departure (thank you again for very kindly reporting and sending us a forgotten item). I would highly recommend, and would definitely stay again.

I booked on behalf of a group of family and friends staying for a weekend. The entire process from start to finish was seamless. I dealt with Gregory who was always extremely responsive with questions before booking as well prior to our arrival and throughout our stay. Gregory was a delight to deal with and gave a very comprehensive tour of the villa showing us everything we needed to know for our stay. The villa was absolutely gorgeous and exactly like the photos. The pool and sunbeds was a real highlight for us. The entire outdoor area of the property has areas of both shade and sunshine all day long and is well equipped with furniture to enjoy it! We would highly recommend booking this property if you're looking for a relaxing break.

This home was perfect for a large family to stay and relax after a hectic (but fun) 5 days in Paris. I didn’t think it was possible for the home to match or exceed the beautiful photos posted on the site, but it sure did! The home was spotless, spacious and had a beautiful setting. We enjoyed all the amenities, except the pool, because the weather was a little too cool for us. 😊 Check in and out was straightforward and we felt safe, secure and very private. The boulangier at the end of the road was delicious and we tried just about everything over the course of our stay! The lake was beautiful and my wife and I really enjoyed the main bedroom’s bathtub each evening after a long day of walking and sightseeing. If you are looking for a beautiful home for your family or group to spread out in, then this is the place for you! I promise, you won’t regret it!
