Lovely quiet house, just renovated, ready to welcome you. Close to the city center (500m), zoo and ocean (1.2km). Restful and fully equipped (+ air conditioning) Ideal for 4-5 pers. (children included) House composed of a beautiful living room on the ground floor (30 m2) and 2 bedrooms upstairs (5 beds max.) A marked trail along the coastline allows you to discover, on foot or by bike the great coast, passing through the Coubre lighthouse to the wild coast and its surf breaks.

Enjoy a pleasant accommodation under the pine trees with its south-facing terrace, close to the center of La Palmyre, its shops and the market. You will have 3 bikes at your disposal and can enjoy the pool during the summer season. The accommodation is well equipped and decorated in a contemporary way. Located in a secure residence with elevator, it is fully furnished, all linens are provided and it has a 5 m2 terrace for breakfast in the sun (facing east). For parking you can count on 5 free parking spaces all located within 150 m and 2 bike rooms in the basement for our cycling friends.
