Beautiful cozy living room and open kitchen of 40 m² with a very nice stove in winter. 4 large bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. The house is on the edge of the forest, ideal for walks or jogging. Absolute calm in an exceptional setting. In the heart of a shopping village, you feel like you are in the countryside (3000 m² garden). Indoor pool heated to 29° all year round. In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.
