Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in La Maddalena

Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern und wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Marcos Unterkunft. Der Garten ist paradiesisch und die Unterkunft sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in 5 min erreichbar. Wir waren dort Anfang Mai die einzigen. Sara, die uns Vorort empfing ist sehr herzlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Marco ist ebenfalls gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! Tutto perfetto!

Le logement est très propre, charmant et situé dans un environnement calme. La literie est de grande qualité, l’accès est facile et nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse par Alicia, toujours disponible et réactive dans nos échanges. Il y a toujours une place pour se garer juste devant, ce qui est très pratique. L’emplacement est idéal pour explorer la côte Nord. Les commerces et restaurants sont accessibles à pied en 5 minutes. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir :)

Patrizia fue en todo momento muy amable! Al llegar, tuvimos una demora de 6hs por parte de nuestra aerolínea y nos esperó cuando llegamos a la noche. Cada dia de por medio nos preguntaba como estábamos, si necesitábamos algo, y desde el minuto uno nos dió recomendaciones sobre que tours hacer/a que playas ir/ donde comer como un local. Desde que llegamos y hasta que nos fuimos, siempre estuvo predispuesta a todo, con una sonrisa enorme. Le pondría 10 estrellas, aunque solo puedo poner 5 en la plataforma. Gracias Paty! Vamos a volver seguro!

Super schöne Aussicht von der Terrasse. Küche war gut ausgestattet. Parkplatz in der Nähe. Ruhige Umgebung, bis auf eine Disco in weiter Entfernung. Supermarkt mit dem Auto in 10 Min. erreichbar. Schöne Strände in 3 Min. mit dem Auto. Unterkunft ideal für 2 Personen.

Andreas is a great host. The place is truly amazing from many aspects. First, the house is perched on the side of a hill with amazing views. The property has many places to sit and hang out throughout the property. There is an outdoor gym plus 2 e-bikes and 2 mountain bikes for exploring the hills along the sea. The drive into town is about 8 minutes, easy. I would highly recommend this place! As others have mentioned, the photos do not capture the beauty of this property. We had an amazing stay. There were four adults. You could have six and not feel cramped because fo the outdoor living space. Overall,10 out of 10.

Magnifique séjour dans cette maison adorable avec tout le nécessaire pour passer de belles vacances. Le jacuzzi, le barbecue, la plancha, l'intérieur bien décoré. Cécile est très accueillante, à l'écoute et nous met directement à l'aise. Je recommande à 100%. Merci beaucoup pour cette belle semaine.

Superbe endroit paisible à 10 minutes de Bonifacio en voiture. Je recommande cet endroit où convivialité, charme, et nature s’entremêlent. La piscine partagée avec 6 appartements est chauffée, est très agréable surtout après une longue randonnée. L’appartement est très sympa avec la climatisation et de nombreux ustensiles. Nous avons passé un super moment dans ce logement. Je remercie les hôtes pour leur accueil !

Montelisciu Cottage is an incredibly beautiful place. The view is marvellous. If you get up early enough, you can watch the sunrise over the mountains. Jill was great to communicate with. She's always quick to respond and happy to help with any questions you might have. The place has two clean and beautiful bedrooms, each with space for three people. The bathrooms are well-maintained and modern. They are also equipped with plenty of shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, including spices you might need during your stay . We were therefore provided with everything we needed for our stay. Overall, this place is a wonderful oasis of relaxation.

We really loved this place. As well as being in a great location with a gorgeous view, it felt so homely and comfortable and had a fabulous porch area. Lots of big and little things ticked our boxes and we would not hesitate to stay there again (if only we didn’t have to fly half way around the world to get there). Simone is a great host and is super responsive. The area around Pittulongu is full of great beaches and is close to Olbia and all it offers. Our first experience of Sardegna and staying here made it really memorable! Highly recommended!

Die Unterkunft von Bea können wir vorbehaltlos empfehlen - Sie liegt sehr zentral in der Haute Ville von Bonifacio mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht auf das Meer. Auf der schönen Terrasse lässt es sich gut frühstücken oder einen Apéritiv geniessen, während man die Boote beobachten kann. Die Wohnung bleibt trotz der Hitze draussen kühl, entspricht genau den Fotos und war sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Bea und der Check-in haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Herzlichen Dank für alles, liebe Bea!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Die Entfernung zum schönen Strand waren nur sechs Minuten zu Fuß. Die Betten super bequem. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ein Traum. Können Bilder nicht gerecht werden. Schöner Ort zum entspannen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

THE VIEW!!! We thought the view would be good but it was actually spectacular!!! Loved watching the boats all afternoon and had morning sun with a shaded late afternoon patio for lunch and dinner. The air conditioning works VERY well and it’s in every room Including the living room! Loved having the extra bedroom upstairs with a bathroom connected. The pool is beautiful with gorgeous views and was so refreshing after a hot day at beach or boat tour. Thank you for a great stay. Would recommend Cincinnati, Ohio 6/4/25 Recommend

Very quiet place, right on the beach, in a private residence. We appreciate the beautiful beach and the equipment of the house. The children enjoyed the paddleboard and the youngest child the sand toys. Inside the house there is also everything you need. The house is smaller and you can see that the interior is older, but we liked it there and we found everything we needed including a washing machine, coffee maker, plenty of towels and everything for cooking. We also appreciate the tennis court a short distance from the house. The house is in a quiet area and the only disadvantage is that you can't walk to the shop and restaurants, but we knew that. The beach and the peace are worth it. In our period (end of October) almost everything is closed. The hosts are very nice and always helpful and we would love to come back someday.

Très beau logement, acceuillant, très bien situé, splendide vue sur le port. Je recommende. Le seul bémol: le sofa lit n'est pas très confortable pour deux personnes.

Das Check-In/Check-Out war sehr unkompliziert. Die Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Terrasse war definitiv mein Favorit der Wohnung! Und vielleicht auch noch die Regendusche im Badezimmer ;-) Nur mit den Nachbarn rundherum muss man etwas Glück haben, damit es auch ruhig ist, aber dafür können die Gastgeber ja nichts. Es war jedenfalls ein ganz toller Aufenthalt an einer super Lage - ich würde diese Unterkunft definitiv wieder buchen. Grazie mille!

Our stay with Daniela was absolutely amazing. Her communication is fantastic! The villa was better than what we expected. Spectacular views, the decor, and huge closets. Everything was super clean. The stay is something that will forever be remembered. She helped us with some of our issues and actually saved our trip when we had some problems. I cannot explain how fantastic this stay was. We will be back. If you are reading this just book. The price for what you get is truely worth it. The best Airbnb host we have ever had!

We loved staying at Maria’s place and felt immediately at home on arrival. She made sure we were settled in and had everything we needed. The flat is roomy enough for a holiday and as we like to self cater, having a kitchen with cooking utensils and white goods was great. The bedroom is large and comfortable with air conditioning which was appreciated! The walk-in wardrobe an added bonus. The courtyard is lovely and we ate outside most of the time. There is also a good sized BBQ. The storage cupboard outside is full of beach equipment such as parasols, snorkelling gear and inflatables. Much more than would normally be expected. A well stocked and good value supermarket is a five minute walk away was a life saver. And Enzo’s, a deli/cafe is across the road, where we ate delicious Sardinian food. It’s 20 min walk (or bus) to the centre/transport hub with buses to beaches. A car would be useful for travelling further out. Would definitely revisit Maria’s and recommend to anyone.

Séjour très agréable, à proximité de toutes les commodités (port, commerces, restaurants…). Mario a été un hôte parfait, très réactif, et nous a fourni des instructions très détaillées avant notre arrivée ! Le parking à proximité est un vrai plus, bref un très bon point de chute pour explorer les belles îles de la Maddalena :)

Wir waren ein Woche in dem schönen Apartment. Es sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos und man hat eine tolle Aussicht auf den Hafen von Porto Pozzo. Im Dorf selber gibt es einige Restaurants, ein Mietwagen ist jedoch auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen um die schönen Strände in der Nähe zu erkunden. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiter empfehlen 😊

Anfitriona muy calida y precisa La casa es mas de lo que se ve en las fotos Centro con super Mercado , Farmacia,Bar y Vario Restaurantes cercanos Baja Sardeña una playa muy completa para disfrutar del agua y de Los Comercios muy cerca 10’ en coche Yo Fui sin coche y el Esposo de Giovana nos llevó Infinitas gracias !! l'appartement de Noemi est très confortable et bien équipé, dans un immeuble très sympa. stationnement facile dans la rue, supérette à proximité. la petite terrasse est très appréciable pour prendre les petits déjeuners et les dîners. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Noemi mais les échanges ont été fluides et les conseils précieux.

Katia's home is beautiful and she is a lovely and helpful host. Communication was top notch with helpful recommendations and directions to her place. The home was spotless, peaceful, and had every item we needed, and more! It was our wedding anniversary and Katia welcomed us with a delicious platter or fruit and a bottle of champagne! The private beach was a spot of serenity, especially peaceful waters in the morning so we could swim and snorkel. Lots of great local restaurants and beaches nearby. A truly wonderful stay, thank you Katia!

Es war fantastisch! Die Unterkunft hat eine perfekte Lage, es sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Der Blick auf den Hafen ist wunderschön. Nicco war sofort zur Stelle als wir ein kleines Problemchen mit dem Herd hatten und hat es gelöst. Die Unterkunft ist super sauber, die Handtücher waren super weich und haben so so gut gerochen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist klasse, es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine. Das Kochgeschirr war super ausreichend, die Ausstattung der Wohnung war insgesamt toll! Die Ausstattung für den Strand mit Sonnenschirm hat uns in der Hitze das Leben gerettet! Ich würde jeden Cent noch einmal zahlen, danke für alles !!!
