Welcome to the country of the Vilaine valleys, a stone's throw from the Corbinières valley between Rennes – Nantes and Redon, in the "Piais" cottage in Guipry-Messac (green station, 1st ecotourism label in France). The cottage is a building on my farm where I came as a little girl to milk the cows with my mom. It fell into ruin and I was able to renovate it 10 years ago and equip it inside and out so that you can enjoy it with your families and friends.

Upstairs are the bedroom and bathroom (bathtub, toilet). Outside there is a private courtyard where you can spend pleasant moments (table, chairs, deckchairs, awning). In the heart of Grand-Auverné, close to shops (bakery/grocery store, bar/restaurant, hairdresser). 16 km from Châteaubriant.

Combining charm and authenticity, in a quiet location, surrounded by green spaces and large meadows lined with bridle paths, the Château de la Pervenchère is located just 30 minutes from Nantes and a few minutes from Sucé-sur-Erdre. Enjoy the banks of the Erdre, numerous hiking trails, and the La Vélodyssée and La Régalante bike routes. It is suitable for your stopovers or leisure or business stays. Private parking at the back of the castle.

Large charming cottage in the common areas of the Château de Launay-Hasard in the peaceful and green countryside of Grand-Auverné, 45 minutes from Nantes, Angers or Rennes. It can accommodate 20 people, offering 240 m2 with 2 fitted and equipped kitchens, 10 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 3 bathrooms. Under the central porch is a wellness area with a hot tub (for 6-7 people) and a sauna. Outside, access, parking and the garden are private.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.
