She was a wonderful and kind host, I asked for some local recommendations for restaurants and she came back very quickly with a variety of suggestions at various prices. We had a wonderful time relaxing in the very private courtyard and swimming in the pool. I would highly recommend staying if you get the chance.

I have stayed in so many Airbnbs over the years... this one was one of the best stays ever. Everything was clean, VERY well organized, all the conveniences you would need, good quality pots and pans for cooking... obviously a lot of time and thought and effort has been put into making this place the best - and it is. A block away from the tram, plenty of places close by to eat (lunch at Napoleone was great), very spacious studio, very comfortable, nice bed... for this price there simply cannot be a better place in Nantes to stay.

Overall, I had an amazing stay! Walkable to public transport with supermarkets nearby. It’s a compact house. So, make sure to check all cupboards and under the table for pots and pans. The house is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift. So, be prepared with lighter luggage. Beautiful space overall. Area after dark needs a little caution. Otherwise, quite safe and cheery with college students in the area in the day and evenings :)
