Pet-friendly vacation rentals in La Garde-Adhémar

Due to personal circumstances we had to rearrange this holiday 2 times, of which Remy was very understanding. We booked the villa based on how well the photos looked but were really not ready for just how much better the place was in reality! Le Magnanerie is tucked quietly away in a totally idyllic spot in a gorgeous old French hamlet, boasting the most impressive westerly views across the private pool of the Cévennes, with stunning sunsets. The covered outside area is spacious and perfect to escape the direct summer sun, and the thick stone building is naturally cool. Comfortably set over 3 pretty floors with portable air conditioning in the loft bedroom area. Kids bunk beds are perfectly placed and even though everything is wooden, nothing creaks. Local agent Deborah was very helpful and after driving from the UK, we were pleasantly surprised to have had our best family holiday to date here! We rarely return to holiday destinations, however we will certainly be coming back. Merci

What a fantastic week we had with 14 adults! We were there with our family and the house really offered all the space to enjoy together and occasionally retreat. It is spacious, stylish and super comfortable, with nice bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms and cozy corners to sit together. The outdoor kitchen was our favorite place: cooking, eating and drinking in the evening sun. The area is beautiful. We went canoeing, visited vineyards and caves, but honestly, the pool was so nice that we often just stayed home. And with a table tennis table and jeu de boules court, you really don't have to be bored for a moment. Eric and Yasmina are incredibly friendly and welcoming and are always ready to help. Francois, the owner, is warm and makes you feel welcome right away. Everything was right about this place. We would definitely come back again!

Valérie’s place is quiet oasis in a great location for exploring the local region. The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay and the local village has some great restaurants.

We LOVED our stay in Avignon! The location is absolutely perfect. The home is large enough to host a big family, the pool was a special beloved feature of our children. Robin bought us groceries ahead of time and the amazing Rosè wine available was delicious. A perfect stay! We fell in love with Avignon.

We had a great time with friends at Helen & Dave's place. The setting is soothing and the house is very equipped. The instructions were very clear, we felt great. We very much appreciated the attention to detail, Helen & Dave are very attentive and far-sighted people, which allows us to live in total autonomy and safety. The city center 5 minutes away allowed us to buy fresh food like bread, quickly. Finally, Marie, taking care of the house, gave us a warm welcome and a serene departure. THE HOSTS ARE NOT ONLY FRIENDLY AND SUPER HELPFUL, BUT THEY ARE ALSO EXTREMELY KIND AND THOUGHTFUL HOSTS, THINKING OF EVERYTHING TO MAKE GUESTS FEEL WELCOME. THEIR PLACE IS ALSO BEAUTIFUL, NESTLED NEXT TO THE QUIET TOWN OF LAGNES, AND CLOSE TO ALL THEV APPEALING WEEKLY MARKETS IN PROVENCE. WE ALSO FOUND LOVELY WALKING TRAILS NEAR THE HOUSE, AND ALWAYS LOOKED FORWARD TO STROLLING THROUGH THE HOSTS' GARDEN, AND RELAXING ALONGSIDE THE SWIMMING POOL. I HAVE BEEN TO NUMEROUS AIRBNB LODGINGS, BUT THIS STAY WILL ALWAYS BE A FAVORITE MEMORY, A MONTH OF PURE WARM HOSPITALITY IN A HOUSE THAT COMBINED CHARM WITH EXCEPTIONAL COMFORT

Set on the side of the mountain with a beautiful view looking out over farmland to the east. You can hear the soft sound of cowbells from the herd below, which adds a peaceful touch. The walk up to town is short and steep, or you can take a slightly longer route along the switchback road with a gentler incline. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised—the house felt even more comfortable and welcoming than we expected. Florence & Vincent were available and responsive, but we hardly needed them because the home is dialed. We’ll be back.

The accommodation, the area, the location, the property with the olive trees and the pool area overlooking Entrechaux are a true dream. We really liked the very pleasantly furnished house, especially the great bedroom. The outdoor area of the private house with terrace, lounge, beautiful stone table and huge lawn with hammock and deck chairs are wonderful and invite you to linger forever. It couldn't be more beautiful and better. A bottle of their own wine awaits in the house and we were surprised with fresh cherries and homemade muffins for the journey home. A short walk away, you can eat well in the village, have a drink and shop for the essentials in the store as well as in a great bakery. The location is perfect for exploring the area by road bike. The accommodation can be fully recommended. I'm sure we'll be back.

We had a great time, the setting is beautiful with a beautiful view and tranquility, the accommodation is perfect and well decorated, we enjoyed the plancha, the jacuzzi and the pool. The host is super responsive to any requests. i highly recommend this place.

Very nice, architecturally well-designed house that successfully combines old and new and perfectly keeps the mistral away with its porch. So it is always possible to stay on the terrace and enjoy the beautiful view over the garden and vineyards, even in strong winds. You also have a magnificent view through the rear floor-to-ceiling windows towards Cairanne! Bathrooms and kitchen furnishings are modern and comfortable. Everything was very clean and maintained. The pool is pleasantly warm and really suitable for swimming due to its exceptional size. Apart from the occasional tractor passing by, there is a heavenly peace most of the time. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you very much to Madame Cid for the friendly welcome and care!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spacious, with generously sized bedrooms and excellent air conditioning throughout. The large garden was a big hit with the children. Located in a peaceful area, it’s only a 10-minute drive to a hypermarket and bakery, which was very convenient. Agnes and Annie were incredibly responsive, answering all our questions within minutes. The house was perfect for our group, including our two-year-olds — we’d definitely recommend it to families

This house is a real dream. The furnishings are designed with a lot of love for detail – especially the wooden beams, natural stone walls and the stylish straw lights immediately ensured a holiday feeling. Outside it is just as beautiful as inside: the garden is well kept, the pool perfect for cooling off. Location is quiet, but not secluded – you are quickly in the next town, but have absolute privacy. The house is well equipped and super clean. Everything was just as shown in the pictures – if not better. I'd come back anytime. Unrestricted recommendation!

Couldn’t have asked for a better house - ticked all the boxes and was conveniently close to Avignon without being in town. The house was spotless with all amenities thought about. Pool, loungers, outside dining was brilliant. Will definitely be back.

We rented this beautiful villa with friends and had a great time. The house is very spacious and very well-equipped! The fact that the rooms are made upon arrival is a real plus. Just put your bags down and enjoy... The exterior is a small peaceful haven with the swimming pool, the petanque court... The children were also delighted to be able to run in the garden and swing. We will come back without hesitation!!

Very nice place. Accommodation as shown in the pictures. We enjoyed the little surprise with pastries one morning. We can see that they are people who do everything to make us have a good time. The place is quiet despite being very close to the city of Montelimar. We'll keep the address in mind. If we come back to the area and the place is available, we'll try our luck.

I did not believe it was going to be as picturesque as it was - absolutely as described… walking distance to the fantastic Domaine Mourchon winery (25-30 mins) great bakery - check opening times. 2 un tested restaurants, again check opening times. Wonderful views with fantastic noisey Swallows morning and evening :-)

C18 mill of great charm, surrounded by lovely garden, all restored and brought to life by Isabelle. Utterly peaceful. Within 10 minutes' drive from unspoilt village with excellent food shopping to provide for delicious meals in the garden, serenaded by nightingale and turtle dove. Bats and tuneful frogs in the evenings. Beautiful walks from the door along dusty lanes with verges full of wild flowers. Avignon, Orange, Glanum, Nimes, Camargue all within driveable distance. Isabelle could not have been more friendly and welcoming and we hope to visit again one day.

We felt very good from the moment we set foot in the house. Tastefully decorated, open to a nice terrace/garden with pool, offering top equipment and a little local product attention😊, this rental has it all. Located in a quiet neighborhood but close to the center of Montelimar and food shops (within 5 minutes), we settled in quickly. Véro is a very friendly, vigilant and caring host, quick to respond to messages. You will have understood we were totally charmed by our stay and we highly recommend this property.

Small studio with everything you need to be comfortable. The environment and garden are great for dogs. Super welcoming hosts.

Lovely stay in Grignan. Easy walking distance to restaurants, the castle and an artisanal market that was happening while we were there. We loved the stone stairs in the airbnb, it had old-world charm with modern amenities.

We had a great time at Margrit's place. Very responsive and welcoming host, and the place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped. The location is ideal, quiet, while remaining close to shops and restaurants and especially the gorges of the Ardèche. We would highly recommend it.
